But until these recent conundrums/mishaps began happening, I didn't realize just how fantastic Allstate is. They have given us no problems, they've been nothing but extremely helpful and understanding. If anybody ever suggests I switch to a different company to save money, I tell them how much I pay and the services I get and tell them they need to switch to Allstate. Love it!

They "never received" paperwork. Apparently they don't open mail, because policy cancellation notice was sent to them. Followed up with 2 phone messages and NO return call from agent Linda. EFT went through anyway. Now waiting for money to be returned. No follow up by owner when complaint filed.

I have paid my contractor out of pocket, which was a mistake, because Liberty has not paid me, and keeps stalling and putting it off. And, yet, another week has gone by and I cannot pay my bills. Thank you Liberty, for your awesome customer service...not. Liberty says they have a lot of claims, yes, I believe I am one of them. They cannot handle the workload.
