They don't have enough registers open and lines are backing up into the isles which is once again probably due to the lay out in a short plaza. I prefer this location to the Washington St one. This was formerly the location of a Quality Market but has been taken over by Tops. I can't really say I'm a fan of it, but it does offer a complete line of good quality food products, friendly service and in this strip mall a convenient location with a class of patrons seemingly more friendly than are found in certain other Tops locations. There is also adequate parking along with other nearby shops that add to an overall and complete shopping experience.
