She was able to make our dream honeymoon turn into reality. We knew we wanted the total package. This was our honeymoon, a once in a lifetime event. We booked the beautiful overwater bungalows in both Moorea and Bora Bora and it was heavenly! We are both very busy with work and school schedules, and have limited time, but Deborah made herself available to chat with us on Skype in the evenings, and email many before our trip. She gave us tons of inside tips, promptly answered all of (our many questions) and presented us with many option and pricing. Having gone to Tahiti as many times as she had, she is definitely an expert. As soon as we arrived to both islands we were greeted with beautiful fragrant leis by the staff and promptly driven to our resort. During our entire stay she checked in with the staff to make sure we arrived safely and got us the royal treatment and even some extra perks and surprises that one might never get. You can that she loves her job and makes sure her clients are well taken care of. My husband and I were treated like royalty at both resorts, but especially at The St. Regis. We didn't touch our bags once, and were greeted with another lei, cold water, and fragrant wet towels and wisked away by a motor yacht. My husband surprised me one night and booked a private romantic sunset catamaran tour that was out of this world, we swam with dolphins, sharks, snorkeled, and ate the most amazing food in the world. I would fully recommend using Deborah in the future and we look forward to going back one day for our anniversary!

I received an initial call eight hours after the car was towed there saying they had my vehicle and then didn't hear from them again. No missed calls and no voicemails for over a week. I called the center every single day and no one ever answered the phone so I went into the location over a week later to check on the status of my car. The mechanic insisted that he personally left me multiple voicemail messages and called me repeatedly, but I had ZERO missed calls or messages from AAA. The mechanic then informed me that my car was simply out of gas and they were waiting for someone to track down some gas. They then charged me almost $200 for that diagnosis when I confirmed that my car was NOT out of gas and that I would have it taken elsewhere. I had my car towed to my trusted mechanic the next morning where they confirmed that not only did I have gas in the tank, but it was likely a timing belt issue. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that relies on their vehicle at all unless they enjoy being treated with disrespect and/or have a lot of money to spend on needless diagnoses.

When the technician arrived, the first thing he asked me was whether I was "Muslim." I found this question highly inappropriate, unprofessional, and completely unrelated to the service request. He then attempted to jumpstart my car but failed and told me it was a mechanical issue that required professional diagnosis. I asked him to try again, as I was confident the car simply needed a jumpstart. He tried again and still insisted it was a mechanical problem. However, when I later called a mechanic, it took him less than two minutes to successfully jumpstart the car. This clearly shows that the issue was not mechanical, but rather a failure on the part of the AAA technician. I am left questioning whether the technician AAA sent was properly trained or competent, especially given both his inability to perform a basic service and his unprofessional behavior. This is not the first time I have had a poor experience with AAA. In fact, this service call ended up costing me more time and money than resolving the issue independently would have. What is even more frustrating is that I never received a follow-up regarding my complaint until it was time to renew my membership. The resolution offered was inadequate--a free service call to be used within a week before my membership expires, despite the fact that my membership already includes unused service calls. In other words, I was offered nothing of real value. When I pointed this out, the representative simply said, "I'm sorry you feel that way," which only added to my frustration. Overall, I am extremely disappointed--not only with the technician's incompetence and unprofessional conduct, but also with AAA's poor handling of customer concerns. There are many competitors offering better service, and based on my experience, AAA has fallen far short of expectations.
