We had already called AAA and they weren't coming until AM. We called Dynamite Towing in the morning and 2 mechanics came out and fixed it on the spot. Luckily it was only a hose replacement. Besides the cost and annoyance that we had to perchance another starter (IDK how long starters are supposed to last) and to add that it was messing up just recently but I don't DARE go there again. ..... I was LIVID when I saw that they had placed a logo sticker on the inside back window of my SUV. There was NO reason for them to be INSIDE, all the way in the back of my SUV. Not only did they NOT ask or tell us....when I took it off and sent it back to them letting them know that this could be considered vandalism, they had the NERVE to CALL MY HOME to "assure me" that this is not vandalism. RUDE! I will NEVER go there EVER again! Bad bad customer service practices. Just plan trashy and rude.

We got a hard no from all of them because we were hauling a camper. Brett answered the phone and agreed to help. First he towed our truck to his yard then he came back with his personal pick up truck to haul our camper and get us set up in a campground. We learned that he had a date to take his son out to dinner. That didn't happen because he helped us instead. He is by far one of the kindest humans I've ever met.
