We always requested the rebates for the items we bought, plus separate receipts for each one. According to the guy who brought out the order to my husband you'd think we asked for the world. He chastised my husband and told him that I've told you before we don't have rebates, get them somewhere else. What the hell has changed!!! So no rebates, no extra receipts and a jerk of a guy who brought them out to the vehicle. I'm not sure we will ever do business with them again. Right after I swipe my credit card and it gets Approved again, the first cashier comes over and says stop, you have to scan this void receipt first or it will mess up the system, so then she voids my order, scans the void receipt then her computer freezes W T H Then the first cashier tells her something like she should have known better, and walks away to get the manager or something- at this point I felt like enough was enough, keep your rum and make sure I dont get charged.
