I had made an appointment for her to replace 2 crowns on 2 teeth that would also be seen when I smile. I had the appointment & made a 250$ deposit, initially I wasn't happy with the implant crown- it was too white and even stuck out a bit, but decided not to make a big deal about it. My teeth are white- but not as white as the crown and it wasn't until I saw a picture of me smiling that I realized how bad it looked. 24hrs before, I cancelled my appointment to have the other crowns replaced because I was concerned about them not being able to match these crowns either. I then made an appointment to see Dr Parsons to see if there was anything they could do this implant crown. Dr Parsons literally spent less than 1-2 minutes with me. I was with the assistant, who was very rude to me. I wanted to talk to DR PARSONS because she is the DENTIST! The assistant couldn't even answer all of my questions, and it was clear that both she AND Dr Parsons were put out by the fact that I was there. I looked again, with the assistant, at other colors to possibly replace the crown with but we couldn't find one. My concern about getting new crowns not matching were quite real. Thank goodness I cancelled the appointment and didn't spend 4,000 bucks on crowns that would look terrible. But I was out 250$ for cancelling my appointment ( I cancelled 24, not 48 hrs prior). I think the reason was understandable, however. I mentioned this to the assistant who said, "well, you should have shown up for your appointment". She could not have have been more snotty! I told her I did cancel more than 24hrs prior. She said, "we booked a lot of time for you." Then she said I should have come in that day to discuss it with Dr Parsons. She was hateful and honestly, it was upsetting. Even after we couldn't match the color of the crown, Dr Parsons couldn't be bothered to come back in. I just to go to my other dentist who had done all my other work but is 2500 miles away, so next time I fly there to visit my kids I'll have to spend hours at dentist- instead of with my kids. AND I'll have to pay 2,000 dollars to replace the implant crown, plus paying for the other 2 crowns. And I'm out 250$. And I'm on disability- I don't have dental insurance. I've never been treated so badly ever, by any dentist office. They don't care about the quality of their work. Stay away. I wanted to add to this. When I went back to my dentist in CA, they said that the crown should be redone. They also felt it was not only the wrong color, but it's not the right size. They are cosmetic dentists in S Ca and have been in practice over 30yrs. But now I have to pay over 2,000$ for them to replace the crown that Dr Parsons had placed. I paid Dr Parsons over 2,000$. Money WASTED, that I don't have. Dr Parsons is not a cosmetic dentist. She couldn't care less about the work she does-as long as she gets your money. There are things to be taken into consideration when placing a crown- not just color. She should know this.

They were running a little behind and the receptionist didn't leave me hanging. She made sure I understood what was going on. and I was called back just a few minutes later. My hygienist was Sandra. She did my last cleaning and I was very pleased to have her work on me again. As before, she was very kind and very friendly, and proceeded to perform yet another completely painless cleaning. She made me feel comfortable and made pleasant conversation. All in all, a very professional and likeable young lady! I hope to see her again in six months! After my cleaning Dr. Izaguirre examined me and found only one small problem we will correct sometime in the future. He has been my dentist for a couple of years now and his skills and professionalism are top shelf. He's also a very kind, friendly man. I heartily recommend this practice for any dental needs and I look forward to being a patient there for some time!

The waiting room and the rest of the office was very clean and modern. Everyone was friendly. The dentist, Dr. Chumbler, did not try to upsell me a crown for the tooth that could just be filled, many others would have. I have subsequently made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned and then would like to have other work done that I know is needed. I will be returning here.

I said what? He finally sanded or whatever he did to widen gap. Cleanings went ok there. The hygienist has language barriers. Front desk Heather was the best employee. Went back for exam with Dr. Espinoza and he said I have a huge cavity in tooth 19. I would need a root canal and a crown. I went to another dentist to get second opinion. This doctor said I do not have a cavity in tooth 19. Only slight bone loss which will be watched.

My cleaning was longer than any other I remember. She paid attention to every detail and my teeth feel AMAZING. She pointed out some stains I have due to coffee and wine (oops). But said with regular cleanings she could get them removed. I will be back in 6 months. I have been showing everyone my teeth because they really look and feel amazing now! My visit with the dentist was brief but he did answer any questions I had. I believe my hygienist name was Yasmin. There was a slightly language barrier but I didn't mind. I was later sent intake forms that requested my insurance information again, which I completed. Despite providing this information twice, I was told when I arrived that the office did not have my insurance on file. I then spent over an hour waiting while the office attempted to verify my insurance. The entire appointment ultimately lasted nearly four hours. Because I had another appointment scheduled afterward, I had to leave before my treatment plan could be reviewed. I was assured that someone would call me to go over it. That call never came. After waiting a week, I contacted the office and was told that they were working with my insurance company to determine coverage and out-of-pocket costs. I spoke with another employee the same day and was given the same information. A week later, after hearing nothing, I called again and was informed that no one had actually contacted my insurance company. I was then told that my treatment plan needed to be reviewed with me first before insurance verification could occur. However, the office did not have my treatment plan available to review during that call. At this point, more than two weeks have passed since my appointment, and I still do not have my treatment plan, cost estimate, or insurance information. I also requested to transfer my records to another location due to these issues and was told the office manager was unavailable and someone would contact me regarding the process. The lack of organization, communication, and follow-through has been disappointing. I understand that mistakes happen, but being given conflicting information multiple times and receiving no updates without repeatedly calling the office has made this a very frustrating experience.
