They followed all of my instructions carefully and made sure my belongings--especially fragile and breakable items--were packed securely and with great care. What stood out most was how thoughtful they were throughout the process. With kids in the home, they made sure everything stayed safe and organized while they worked, which gave me so much peace of mind. They arrived right on time, worked quickly, and even finished earlier than expected. I scheduled them for three hours, and they got everything done in just two. Tyson was especially helpful--he went above and beyond by offering useful moving advice and pointing out a few things I should consider packing separately or taking care of before the actual move. My time line changed four times before my move. Pedro was so flexible with the timeline assuring me he would be able to accommodate me. His crew were professional, friendly and hard working. NEVER hire this company! We hired them to move furniture from house to storage unit, then from storage unit to new house. They were subpar at disassembly, "wrapped" up furniture and moved it where instructed to. They ignored instructions not to move a mirror, it's completely broken now. As we have been settling in, we have found deep dragged scrapes on furniture, dented refrigerator doors, DEEP scratches on things. Furniture we have invested in and is only a couple years old, ruined The response from the owner? "My guys take excellent care and you signed that once we leave, we are not liable." DO NOT HIRE! They don't care about your stuff and most of your stuff will end up damaged. I'm APPALLED by this customer service. read more

Torres Hauling & Services arrived on-time; the two men worked flexibly as requested. I haven't had to hire a moving company before, so was in "sticker shock" about current prices for moving services. That being said, this company has a quick response time by phone. The two men they sent were polite; they did everything I asked in an efficient manner for a challenging situation. By that I mean most of my things were not pre-packed. Items that were moved were a queen sized mattress & boxspring, a dresser, glass & metal desk, two 7 ft tall wooden columns, a 6-ft dining table and chair set and wooden armoire from a one-bedroom apartment to my storage. The cost to hire Torres Hauling & Services was reasonable compared to other moving companies I contacted: I paid $125.00 per hour for four hours plus $100 for the truck = $700.00. I could tell the cost for my entire job running about $4K, plus losing valuable time due to a winter storm, so I panicked and called a friend who is sending her workman and a truck for $25 per hour plus the cost of a U-Haul rental. My friend is coming over to help me organize and packing first. All told, I would not hesitate to use Torres Hauling & Services again provided I have most of my goods pre-packed and labeled. Be prepared to pay an extra fee if you don't have Venmo. Overall good friendly service and response time. Thank you. read more

Torres was able to pickup my boxes deliver and unload them at my new residence and then return the boxes! I would give them a 10 star rating if it were available! I was moving my grandparents into a new home and everything had to be put together in 2 days. Torres Hauling saved my ass when another handyman had done absolutely nothing in a 8 hour day. Pedro the owner got back to be at 930pm and I was Sooo thankful he sent Rafael and Marco the next day and they worked until 11pm and came back the next day to finish everything else. They went above and beyond and built literally everything from beds/tv stand to outdoor patio furniture and they cleaned up!
