These Guys Are Good…read more.... My wife and I rearranged our garage and found 3 things to haul away. I forgot my 2 excellent experiences with It's All Good.....the 1st in 2018 and 2nd in 2023.....and started to look through Yelp. Then I remembered It's All Good and immediately gave them a call. It was a Monday and we scheduled our pickup for 10 AM on Thursday. Around 345 PM on Wednesday afternoon, I got a call from Sandra, the owner (with her husband), saying a truck was in the area and could they drop by 430-5 PM. I said sure. At 430 PM, she sent a text to say they'd arrive at 445 PM. They pulled up right on time. Two guys came out and, even though it was the end of a long day, they couldn't have been nicer. They checked the items, decided how to handle things and were back on their way within 3 minutes. I paid the "minimum charge" of $95 for a pickup and waved goodbye. Next time we need to remove some large or bulky items from the house, I'll make sure not to forget "It's All Good Junk Removal".

We have a bunch of family coming to town tomorrow so the timing was awful. I made an online appt. late in the afternoon yesterday and received a time frame of Noon-2PM for today. Ralph called well within the time frame and let me know when he was expecting to arrive and he was on the dot. I really had no idea how much it was going to be as they don't give a quote until they see what you have. I appreciated that we were not obligated to use the service after they provided the quote. It was more then I was planning but once we factored in how many trips to the dump it would take for us to do it, the time (which we did not have) and the possibility of getting another flat tire from being out at the dump, like last time, we realized it was worth the price. Ralph and Marvin were very professional, polite and got to work right away. I have never used a service like this before but I would have no hesitation using them again if we ever need to.
