We reached out to Dale on a weekend when needing a large medicine cabinet mirror hung in our…read morebathroom. Dale was available and didn't charge any extra for coming on a weekend, however because he is based out of Santa Maria, we did have to pay for travel time to and from Buellton. He brought someone to help and upon arrival they started to get to work right away. They came prepared with all the necessary tools they needed. Both him and his assistant were friendly. I was impressed they thought to take the doors off of the medicine cabinet to reduce the weight while it was being hung. My reason for four stars is that they told us the mirror was done but it was hung upside down and the electrical hadn't been connected. We let them know it was upside down and they fixed it, as well as connected the electrical. So, they were able to finish the job correctly and we are really satisfied with the outcome.

BEWARE! Had a garbage disposal installed and it was an absolute disaster! It was done completely…read morewrong. Ended up paying a licensed plumber who said that every step was done incorrectly (dishwasher plug not removed, not mounted properly, etc.). Only asked for a refund of the $200 I paid him and he wouldn't respond. It cost me a lot more than that since I ended up purchasing a new dishwasher unnecessarily as all the waste flowed into the dishwasher due to the improper installation not to mention the plumber's fee. Once fixed by the plumber, the old dishwasher was fine. Couldn't return the new one. He was provided an opportunity to make things right and chose not to.
