In 90 days if you ever do anything besides delay a father from his kids? If you pulled a policy report that could have evidence of NO Charges. You were content with an INNOCENT MAN being taken away from his INNOCENT children. You had your Secretary call me a week before Christmas to tell me you were too busy for the 3rd court date. You did t even have the courtesy of talking to me Yourself. You mailed my retainer back to me on Christmas. I didn't do anything wrong or illegal, but you never really were in the corner of Justice. How was your Christmas of 2023. I was expecting to see my kids after false allegations but you were too busy to make court date. In our meeting prior I stated that I would go by myself, I needed to see my kids. That didn't matter. You didn't care, said you did and played me for 3 month while I was not able to TALK to my kids. I found new counsel and finally was able to get in front of judge. You made that court date and sat in jury box. Too busy for 3 months and yet had the time to come WATCH my PFA hearing. For 3 months while a good father was kept from his kids you sat back and watched What did My Children or I ever do to you to be so cruel and inhumane. I challenge you to defend your actions and why MY KIDS didn't matter. How do you still promote being Lawful and for Children?

Unfortunately she was not prepared. 2 pieces of evidence that I thought were crucial; I started separating 3 weeks prior to PFA , hair folical drug test covering time in question. I spoke up myself and presented these two and feel that is only reason it was dropped but with conditions. You later scolded me for doing so and that is not process You forced me to apply for alimony where I walked away owing and being carged for back support. Your biggest concern was me getting a job and sending those applications over to opposing counsel. Rights violations and My children never mattered to you. You allowed emails between obtained illegally to be used. "Change your email" not they should not be doing that, especially in front of Judge. You wanted to put an Attorney of LGBTQ community as counsel, just to settle personal vendetta. Who I would have no ability to meet prior to court date. Instead, Mr. Goudsouzian intervened with a written directive informing me that I was no longer permitted to contact any township official--including the police department--unless through an attorney. At the time, I did not have legal counsel due to a prior breakdown in representation, which he was aware of. His directive cited no law, offered no process, and provided no path to resolution. It was not a legal response--it was a shutdown. At no point did Mr. Goudsouzian address the central concern: that one party had been granted access to public evidence, and another was being denied the same without explanation. He made no effort to ensure legal compliance by the police or facilitate a fair, statutory process. Instead, he used his position to reinforce a decision that actively prevented transparency and accountability. This wasn't an isolated lapse--it reflects how Mr. Goudsouzian appears to wield his authority. When questioned professionally, he responded not with law or logic, but with institutional silence and restriction. Every exchange--emails, directives, denials--has been preserved and submitted to formal oversight bodies for review. If your township or borough is considering retaining this solicitor, I recommend reviewing how he responds when legitimate procedural concerns challenge municipal convenience. Instead, one of the first questions I was asked was, "What are you here for?" As I attempted to explain my situation, Joseph repeatedly yawned and checked his phone during the consultation. I found this behavior dismissive and unprofessional. When someone is paying for your time and seeking legal guidance on an important matter, they deserve your full attention and respect. The consultation lasted less than 20 minutes, and I was told I did not appear to have a viable legal case. I understand that not every situation warrants legal action, and I would have accepted that conclusion if I felt my concerns had been carefully considered. Instead, I left with the impression that the consultation was rushed and that very little effort had been made to understand my circumstances. For those of us who work hard for our money, $250 is not an insignificant amount. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Joseph.
