First I did our shopping online, and confirmed that the items we wanted were available in the store. Macy's website assured me we would have no issues. When we arrived at Macy's the store felt old. I understand that department stores age, but daily cleaning and stock organization can do wonders for a space and Macy's is not keeping up. Their space looked and felt dirty. The woman who attempted to help us was polite, but she was obviously overwhelmed. There were two women working the floor, trying to answer questions for everyone who approached, so we were interrupted four times in just a few minutes. On top of everything Macy's website was wrong and they did not have in store what we needed. It wasn't a size issue either, they didn't even have the brand in the store. We were told we could buy a different brand we did not want or we could order the brand we wanted online. Very helpful. /s We left feeling unpleasant. I considered if we would have felt different if Macy's would have had what we needed, but I really think our disappoint would remain. Macy's need to clean up their act.

I wouldn't think they'd get enough traffic to stay afloat but they've been part of the plaza for a long time and don't appear to be going anywhere.

Most the time I'm still gaping in the cups even if I go by what I was just measured at. So I went in. They measured me, asked some questions and figured out my preferences for bra styles and had me try one on in the size I was measured at. After getting it on the lady asked if I wanted her to take a look to make sure it fit properly so I agreed. She helped me adjust the back to where it should be and pulled on the back and sides and asked if it felt too tight. I said it was tight but comfortable. She said it fit right. I was shocked. No gapping no overflowing no digging in of the wire. And the bonus part for me is even in their bigger sizes beyond a DDD they have fun cute patterns and colors where some places end up just having neutral colors. Also at this time they had a buy one cotton get one half off and then offered to sign you up for alerts for coupons. Also asked if I wanted to get a credit card since I would get $20.00 and with the points it builds up you get coupons AMD those coupons can be used with current specials and other coupons. The clothing is well displayed and they have a well stocked store with sweaters, jeans, and tops & blouses I was looking for a dress, but didn't find one that fit my style. Besides clothing, they also carry Sorel boots, coats, hats, lingerie, and a great variety of jewelry and accessories. I did in fact find a really cute ring that I just love. The sales staff is very friendly. They checked on me but were not overbearing or pushy. I signed up for their rewards program and plan on attending their November 16 Dress Up event, which will feature Pink Lemonade, Lee & Birch and Tulips Little Pop Up Shop.
