This is my first time to shop at any Lee & Birch store. The Texas Township store is bright and well organized. The clothing is well displayed and they have a well stocked store with sweaters, jeans, and tops & blouses I was looking for a dress, but didn't find one that fit my style. Besides clothing, they also carry Sorel boots, coats, hats, lingerie, and a great variety of jewelry and accessories. I did in fact find a really cute ring that I just love. The sales staff is very friendly. They checked on me but were not overbearing or pushy. I signed up for their rewards program and plan on attending their November 16 Dress Up event, which will feature Pink Lemonade, Lee & Birch and Tulips Little Pop Up Shop. I have been a shopper at Talbots for many years. Today I was in, and took many items in the…read moredressing room to try on. However, I should have taken multiple sizes of every item in as well. Twice, I had to put my clothes on to go out and look for a different size. When I went to pay for what I wanted, I mentioned to the clerk that it would be helpful if someone would come into the dressing rooms occasionally to ask if anyone needed help or perhaps a different size. I received no response from her at all--not one word! I found that very rude.
