They also do a big lunchbox for 3.00 (i think) that consists of mini fish, chips and a sauase with choice of sauces/pea etc. They also do breakfasts and toasted sandwiches which have only recently been introcuced but seem to have gone down really well. They have also this week introduced rotesserie chicken, which i have not tried as yet - but have heard are great. There home made fishcakes also are amazing, they are so nice and worth that extra 20p. The queues can be out of the door on certain nights, but the staff are very efficent and they get to you quite quickly. The staff are great and the majority have worked there for years and year.the owner is a star, he is so proud of his store and his food and it shows, i think that is a great attitude to have and i think his customers come back to him again and again due to this and also the superb quality of the food. For the starter I'd actually ordered the "chicken pinchos", but I'm a chronic mumbler. I mentioned this when the parfait arrived (which was neither on the menu nor mentioned as a special, so not clear where it came from) and they immediately apologised profusely and offered to replace it. I said I was happy enough with the parfait and not to bother. When the bill came, my starter had been taken off.
