The ingredients were fresh -- even the oil tasted "clean" -- the food was hot, and it was fast. There is limited seating on plastic stools, or you can stand by the counter and use the ledge to put your plate on. This place is definitely worth a stop, if you're eating your way down Chapultepec. (If you are not familiar with flautas, they are rolled tacos that are then deep fried. you may know them as "taquitos" and buy them frozen from the grocery store. The primary difference is that flautas are actually good.)
