The advance communications about my reservation were excellent, with multiple reminders and detailed instructions of where to meet my driver (Ray Harris), who was waiting for me with a sign even though my flight arrived a bit early. On the drive to Pittsburgh, Ray was a great tour guide, telling me about the history of Pittsburgh, pointing out beautiful views, and sharing interesting information. The car was clean, and I felt he was a very safe driver. Ray was also my driver for the trip back to the airport for an early flight (4:15 am pickup). I am always worried about such early pickups when I need to catch a flight. Ray knew on Tuesday that he would be the one taking me back to the airport on Thursday and assured me that he would be there early waiting for me. When I came downstairs at 4:10 am, there he was, as promised. Again, very prompt, courteous, and kind. I would highly recommend Ray to anyone who needs transportation in the Pittsburgh area.

I was in dire straits when my brother informed me he needed a last minute, late night ride from the PGH airport to my mom's house for the holiday. I was under the weather, and he could not secure a confirmed ride from the typical ride share companies due to the last minute and after midnight arrival. I was thrilled when my search for last minute airport transportation connected me to Reliant. Not only was George, my contact who answered a direct dial available, but also he was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and funny. I was able to secure the ride for my brother immediately, and the fare was remarkably fair! I received updates on the pickup and delivery of my sibling and feel confident that Reliant has a solid service for typical and unique transportation needs.
