WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!…read more I gave this mom and pop shop a try to get a casket spray for my loved one because I thought the price was fair, HUGE MISTAKE!! Not only did they deliver something completely different to what we requested but the flowers and foliage they used were RECYCLED and WITHERED. When I called to tell them about it (and at their request) sent them pictures of their arrangement, the "owner" tried to blame: the delivery transportation, the funeral home, the timing, or the traffic, anything he could think of to avoid taking responsibility. He LIED blatantly saying they were sending a new one STAT. It was at this point when I checked their reviews (to see what other customers experiences have been) and I found out that they use these excuses and lies OFTEN!! Needless to say that THEY NEVER delivered anything!! Their new excuses included: that there was an accident, it was raining so they got there late, they took the arrangement straight to the burial site and left it there, that they took it straight to the church (the fact is they didn't know the church or the cemetery's name)-- Just more lies. At some point, I compared the actual flowers and roses we received from them to the others sent by our family and friends and there was NO match. The other flowers looked fresh and amazing, even the funeral staff commented on the noticable difference. It was obvious the quality of this arrangment just wasn't there. WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT!! NO PROFFESSIONALISM, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, NO RELIABILITY, and NO COMPASSION. As a family, our primary goal was to honor our loved one and ensure that such a hard event was filled with beauty but instead of receiving apologies from the "owner," I received a classless cluster of unsubstantiated messages filled with attempts at blaming everything and everyone possible (including ME) for their lack of responsibility and proffesionalism. My advice: Read their reviews on other websites, they're terrible! I didn't do it before paying the $$$ and that was a big mistake!! I cannot stress this enough: RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! DO NOT give your business to this place because they have no idea of how to run a flower shop. DO NOT not pay upfront until you see the finished product (they require that) they'll run with your money. Use places like Tosca or Trias, we really regret not doing that.
