Along with the meat he also had two different containers of BBQ sauce. When I asked where he got it from I tried my best to not look disappointed. I opened the container of pork and could see right away that it was DRY! I typically don't use sauce, but I added it anyway to moisten the meat. After a few minutes of attempting to chew and swallow the ball of dried pork, I spit it out in the trash. It was not only dry but had ZERO flavor. I then tried the ribs. They were moist and cooked perfectly, but again, NO FLAVOR! Wondering if they have something against seasoning the meat. It's the thought that counts on the surprise dinner, but definitely would NOT advise going to The Flying Pig for their alleged BBQ meat. The BBQ sauce was great!
