So this location is dedicated to only Covid-19 testing and flu shots. I booked myself for a 12:45 appointment on a Sunday for a Covid-19 test. Possible exposure at work the previous week and I had no symptoms and was just doing my due diligence. I arrived at 12:35, I got swabbed at 12:39, and at 1:06 I was walking out with my negative test in hand. Clean facility and everyone was friendly! Too expensive and very slow. I have used Total Access for years and have had good experiences in the past. However, in December 2024 I went in for a routine visit with a headcold. I was informed they had changed their payment structure. For basic services and in house labs it was $150, for wounds or X-rays it would be $250, and for CT scans it would be $500. I paid the $150 and was given a room. I spent 30 min waiting int he room to see a nurse who said I needed a COVID test. I refused the test, but she informed me I had to have it or the visit was done. So I accepted the test. Took another 30 min to see the DR and be told it was a viral infection and they didn't have any medication for me. Then a few weeks later I got a bill for an additional $100. Appearently the COVID test is not included in their in house labs, but is in a special category of in house labs that costs more. So a $2 test, that I didn't want, cost me $100. I spent a hour and a half to be over charged. Do not recommend Total Access. read more

Got here at 450pm asked ,could we walk in for an antibody test? Was told yes by the nice receptionist which ,was the only positive thing that happened here. She told me there was one person ahead of me and that it was going to be about 15 minutes,and it was. Filled out paperwork and was taken to a room where I would then meet the man who was going to ruin my visit. He asked which arm I preferred for the blood draw and I told him my right arm. He then tied the rubber strap around my arm so tight I could feel instantly my veins enlarge.After he cleaned the area with alcohol he inserted the needle and instant pain!!!!He missed! He tried ,not once but 2 more times to get it right and finally gave up on that arm.He went to the other arm where he thought he might have to go from the back of the arm and I finally said I have given lots of blood and never has there been anyone to do that so he proceeded from the front and finally got it right. My arm is so swollen and bruised already . I've never experienced this kind of discomfort from a blood draw. He collected up his things and told me he would be right back and 15 minutes later.While waiting on him I found blood on the floor .Right now isn't a good time to relax on cleaning .Finally here comes a Doctor to listen to my lungs and chest. All I wanted was an antibody test.Got to leave around 6 . So long for a simple blood draw!! Go with lots of patience and time. read more

The staff there was super nice and overall exactly what I expect from healthcare professionals. They were extremely caring and professional from beginning to end. I will only go back to this location from now on. @Matt B. I did call the billing team and they came up with some incoherent excuses. After all, they said they will do me a favor and drop the bill from $75 to $30 because reasons, which made it sound even more like a scam. Seems like someone had set their mind on making extra money and hoped I wouldn't notice the bill or that it would go through the insurance company. When I noticed and I voiced a concern, they started cutting the price down just to get anything. read more

I wish I could give two separate reviews. Five Stars for the Clinic: Let me start with the care I received was great. The receptionist was prompt and friendly with her greeting. The Nurses and Doctor were caring and efficient. So much better than expected. Filled my prescription on site. One Star for the Billing Department: Billing is where everything fell apart. I have insurance and my insurance did not cover everything in the visit so there was an amount due. Which I never received a bill for and suddenly I'm getting aggressive calls from a collection agency. I always pay my bills on time so I'm beside myself trying to figure out what happened. The collection agency wanted their money and offered little to no information. I finally got thru to the billing department and they found that they had accidentally turned me over to collection. I had to have them three way call the collection agency to have them stop calling me. Mind you this took severals calls to get cleared up. read more

I have been so pleased with their service and how thorough they are there. I also appreciate how kind the staff is and the fact that I can fill the prescription there on-site. It is easier to go to them and pay a couple dollars more than trying to schedule an appointment with the family physician. The front area is super cold and they are under construction, so you have to wade through They were certainly quicker than any office I've visited before, but so much so that they twice had forgotten things I had already told them. The doctor took his time, but the nurse was rushed and asked questions so quickly I couldn't understand some of them. Then, after seeing the doctor and getting a diagnosis, a front office employee came back to say I would be helped shortly and they are just busy. It seems they are rushing a bit too much and need to take time to carefully communicate with each other and their patients. The manager (Vicki) called to discuss my concerns and experience, but then did not return my call. And it turns out that I had the flu and strap, neither of which I was tested. read more

Anytime I need immediate medical care, I will be choosing this Total Access! They helped me after a car accident that resulted in me having a concussion. No judgement, very sympathetic, and very quick and compassionate service! I went back today for a severely sprained ankle and received immediate attention from the sweet staff members at the desk. I feel listened to with the doctors and they are very thorough with their examinations, especially Delaney, the MD! I really feel listened to and like the people performing the services love their jobs! Lastly, their secure computer system is very advanced, allowing very easy check-ins and check-outs, assuring you're getting your insurance verified and your medications before you go! read more

While I adore the staff at the facility, I have had problem after problem with the billing department. They claim to submit my claim to my insurance then they send me a bill for astronomical amounts. This has happened more than once. Then when I call to discuss the issue, they claim that it is not their issue but mine and I have to call my insurance company to get it sorted out. So I spend countless hours on the phone trying to remedy the issue. This only occurs with TAUC, never any other medical facility so while it may seem like they have done their due diligence, there is no way that's true or I would have this same issue with other medical facilities. Get it together TAUC and clean up your billing department because there is NO WAY I'm paying you out of my pocket when I have insurance and it's YOUR FAULT that you haven't been paid! read more

Everything about this location is superb. The business staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. The medical support staff ushered me into an exam room, questioned me and recorded vitals. The doctor came in, completed an exam, questioned me, addressed the problem, made recommendations and ordered an antibiotic that was filled while I waited. They follow up with email. read more

I went to Total Access Urgent Care in Ellisville, MO. Everyone was very nice and professional in the clinic. The clinician was great and knowledgeable about health care. Unfortunately, they did not know that they should send lab work to the labs within the insurance company's network (United Healthcare for me. This is a very popular insurance company in Missouri at least. I called and got no satisfaction. They acknowledged that they need to let patients know up front when they plan to use a lab or service not within the insurance company's network. They also acknowledged that a brochure to let patients know before they check in that they only use Quest labs. Now I'm stuck with the bill since Quest is not in the network.. An assistant (analyst) who returned my call was of no help at all. Very nice and professional but could not make any decisions related to this problem. But, he did acknowledge that they needed to tell customers before they get care. He said I would not fix the issue though. Now I'm stuck with the bill! This is not right. I will never use the facility again nor will my family and friends. I should have drove down the street to another urgent care where I've had exceptional experiences with over the years. Fantastic! We came right when they opened and they were SUPER friendly and attentive. Kay and Nick did a great job attending to my son as did the Doctor. This place knows how to speak to children and even rewarded him with a great sticker selection. The facility is new and clean. We will be back for sure. I checked in online to have a sports physical and immunizations for my child. We showed up at the appointed time and the receptionist greeted us with a "Why are you here?" Okay...not the most friendly greeting, but I told her we needed a physical and immunizations and handed her the physical form and previous immunization records. She then told me we would need to call the health department to determine which immunizations we needed and again emphasized they didn't have them in stock (without knowing yet what was needed). At this point we left to find another clinic that was more welcoming and had knowledgeable staff to assist what we felt was a routine request. I just had the best experience at Total Access Urgent Care! I usually go to the one closest to my house but they were too crowded. I called ahead to see how busy this location was and got in right away! Everyone from the receptionist, to the assistants, to the PA were wonderful! They made me feel so comfortable! I cut my thumb and needed stitches. They were very calming and explained everything to me. The PA, Jennifer, was absolutely amazing at distracting me! The staff here is wonderful. They get you in, address your issue, and get you out all with a smile. The facility is very nice and inviting. They also have everything you need in house such as radiology and a pharmacy so it's a one stop shop, which is convenient especially when you don't feel well. The nurses and doctor provided great care. Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I had a killer earache and they were able to flush it out and 90% of the pain subsided. Only watchout was that they offered ear drops and amoxicillin for $45 and i passed. I got them w my pharmacy card at cvs for $13. But its a great place to go for that quick urgent medical care you might need. read more
