When I arrived, I was seen within five minutes of walking through the door. To me, that says a lot about how well this office is run. What really makes them stand out, though, isn't just one person--it's the entire team. From Elena and the front desk to Dr. Lee and Liz in the treatment room, everyone I've dealt with has been exceptional. Of course, I have a few favorites now, but this review isn't about one standout employee. It's about a group of people who clearly communicate, work together, and genuinely care about the experience they provide their patients. I'm also impressed with the technology they use. They take the time to figure out exactly what is going on and recommend treatment intended to provide a lasting solution instead of just a quick fix. Make sure you get a printed out invoice of what you get done on the day of, and how much you are being charged incase you need to claim your insurance, however because they try to overcharge you and do unnecessary things racking up your total, insurance might not be able to get you back that deductible even tho there isn't supposed to be one .
