Went for the first time today, got spoiled for my birthday! I bought two weeks unlimited for the lowest level bed which I believe is a ten minute bed. I don't know was so much information. The beds are older but I'll keep you updated if they work well, because it doesn't matter the age of the bed. It matters the maintenance/ changing of bulbs. I loved coming here and I miss everyone , ESPECIALLY owner Suzanna! She would always make me feel like she had known me , as if I was a longtime friend! I was new to Riverside back in 2001...as far as moving into my first apartment and barely making it but fast forward and I met an amazing hairstylist that years later was working there. I get regular facials here with Vlona and she is the very best. The facials are never rushed and she truly cares about your skin. She always makes me feel great and my skin has never looked better. Also you get a mini massage at the end which is amazing. I would highly recommend her work. She takes her time and really pays attention to your individual skin care needs. This is my new tanning spot, for sure. I cannot even count how many ways I love this shop. It is super clean, they have everything from regular beds too high pressure and multiple kinds of high pressure. If you are a high pressure tanner, you know that this is rare. I came into this place and was greeted by Suzanna and Frittz. Suzanna made me feel right at home. The place is spotless, everything is in working order, she explains everything to u and all the prices and what's best for your skin type. She has a skin care line that is amazing. I feel like I known her all my life. Sometimes I stop by just to visit. Frittz, he is the nicest man I have ever met. Always polite. Always smiling. Love you guys. The tanning beds here are terrible. They are super old and outdated. At a normal tanning salon I get burned from being in there 12 mins. The max here is 20 minutes and the bulbs don't even get hot. It is a waste of your time and money. I have tried switching to different beds and asking which ones get the hottest. But even for someone who burns easy like me, I am not even phased by any of the Beds. read more

Since I'm getting married in 3 weeks, I figured I should probably go tanning. I used to do the stand up beds (level 2), but today I tried a regular level 1, lie down bed and thought it was awesome. Plus, the people here are really nice and patient. The guy at the counter even changed the package I bought after I tanned. One tip- they asked me, "Odd or Even?" and I had no idea that odd are the ten minute beds, and even are the 20 minute beds. Just an update to my recent review. I went to have my hair fixed by another stylist that has been doing Brazilian blowouts for years and explained what happened. She told me that sometimes stylists try not to use as much product as necessary because the product is so expensive and that's when the hair burning will occur. She said you really need to use a lot of product to protect the hair before you're using the 400-degree heat on it, which makes total sense because on the right side of my head there's a section that is burnt and also the Brazilian blowout didn't take in that area, Katie couldn't explain why. And then I also told her they tried to blame it on the previous hairdresser, that it was her fault for using bleach in my hair. She asked how my hair was after the previous hairdresser. I said great, that's why I needed the blowout, it was just taking too long to straighten each day. And also it had been a year since the last blowout so it wasn't an issue of overstressing my hair. read more

The male receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I got in for my microblading appointment at 2:16 and he didn't let my artist know until 3:00 so I had less time for my appointment and had to fill out my paperwork when I shouldn't been in my appointment. He blasted Fox News which was having a debate about sexual assault and blaming victims. As a survivor I found it extremely triggering and asked him to change the channel and he did not.
