Under your wrap you can wear undergarments or a two piece. Cheryl started with my legs, using bandages she wrapped up each of my legs and then around my middle, my arms and up to my neck. The solution is warm and bandages are saturated in a mineral concoction that will help to draw the toxins out. Before she starts to wraps, she took measurements from all over my body. Then for about 30min, you hang out. I had to use this exercise machine to keep the blood circulating and then when the time is done, the bandages come off.
