I want to use my computor but after weeks of trying to get things set up i was finally told that this service only work on the phone app. The constant AI replaies do nothing to help. There is no phone # on the web to get help. You have to go outside of their web to find a CS #. Been a member for 21 days and received nothing, no support, no help and no understanding. Go somewhere else.

Gasoline isn't getting cheaper these days. All I wanted to find out is if they have the calculators in for points plus yet? Not to tie them up on the phone or discuss your journey etc... Pretty dumb if you ask me. Weight Watchers you blew this one. I don' want to speak with someone in another state/country either. Otherwise I have zero issues with Weight Watchers, it is a great support system.

The point system was easy to follow, it still allowed me to eat my favorite foods and taught me portion control. I attended meetings weekly, which had a great group leader Vicki. The meetings allowed me to meet other members, develop new friendships and support. I highly recommend WW to anyone who needs to drop any number of pounds. If you've got the mind set to lose, WW will give you the tool to achieve your goal. I reached my ideal weight within 6months, I lost 35 lbs.. Achieving my goal weight, I was awarded Lifetime Membership. I continued to attend monthly meetings, instead of weekly to keep my focus. I continued to keep my weight off, until I meet and began a relationship with a chef and went crazy writing reviews on Yelp. Neither of those things are bad, I'm happy about both. However, my lost pounds found me. I should have never stopped attending the meeting, the support would have kept me on track. So, I have gone back to their new location at MacKenzie Pointe. When I walked in I was greeted with, "Hello stranger". It was as if I hadn't left, they welcomed me back with open arms. The new and improved PointsPlus, allows me even more of my favorite foods. What I love most it that it has etools for my iPhone, iPad and Mac-Book. It is going to make it so much easier to drop these chef lover/Yelp pounds. Today while shopping at Whole Foods, I pulled out my iPhone and was able to figure out the Points on the foods we were buying. WW, I am so glad I am back. I've got the chef on board for cooking at home, my iPhone for eating out and the strong support of WW. I am kicking these extra pounds goodbye.

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with this "studio". I signed up the first week of January…read more I paid for 3 months in advance. The woman at the desk, "attempted" to help me ended up not being able to get the application on my phone correctly. She was VERY frustrated with me and let me know it. She started taking other people behind me and said that my phone was the problem. She told me to come back after the meeting and she would again. After meeting she was helping other people and made no attempt to engage with me, even though I was standing in front of her. I know nothing about the program. I have never done ww and have no idea how it works. I went on youtube to get an idea of what the diet consists of. I lost 5 lbs. the first week because I just reduced my calories. The second week I lost 4 lbs and tried to explain my situation to the new lady who weighed me and told me to ask the leader for help. I asked the leader to help me and she told me ask after meeting. Again, "Jan" was too busy talking about her vacation to everyone that would listen and I sat and waited for 20 minutes and left. I called the 800 # and I briefly told the woman why I wanted to cancel the rest of my membership. She told me the money I paid is non refundable!!!! She said I would of had to call within the first 5 days to get my money back!! She would not budge. I am not going to get the refund of $125 that I paid in good faith and I am fit to be tied. If you are a senior citizen with gray hair you do not exist to this "studio". And I had no idea I would not get my money back but that's how it was. Again, DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE!! I do have a couple of illness' and needed extra help so I know Im not one of the easy ones. I would have been very grateful if the staff was a little kinder to me.

I am visiting family from out of town and wanted to get to a weigh in/meeting since I missed mine…read morethis week. Went here for the 7:30am Friday morning meeting with Martha and LOVED IT! The receptionist that weighed me in was super friendly and helpful to start. Then the energy in this meeting made me wish my group back home was like this! Martha really encourages open dialogue and member engagement which may be why she's got such a great group of ladies. One woman even drives over from St Louis because she loves Martha so much! In the short half hour I shared with this group I got in some good belly laughs, some encouragement and words of wisdom from Martha and other members. If you're joining weight watchers or just looking for a back up meeting, I'd highly recommend this one!!
