Let me explain how I discovered this clinic. I walked on broken bones in my foot for 4 (four) months. Yes, it was excruciating and swollen, see pic. I was beside myself, as I often am, surrounded by incompetence. An MRI showed nothing. Okay, I went on holiday vacation. It didn't get any better. Desperate I sought out a foot specialist. Finally got in, his X-rays showed nothing. "Come back in two weeks," he said after making me stand on my toes. "You'll get better so you can just blow me off." A week later I called in pain and began my own research, as we all do when faced with incompetency. Dr.Foot Specialist said, "There's someone I want you to see." Well, sure, you're no help. And he sent me Dr. Beasley. After x-rays (again) Brad rushed in and said, "You have broken bones in your foot. See?" Yea, that looked pretty bad. "Why didn't Dr Foot Specialist see that?" I asked. "He didn't take weight bearing x-rays." It seemed so simple. And Brad Beasley seemed to really care. I've gone here more than once. But know, this clinic is not a secret. It can take a while to get in and it's not emergency care. They will tell you to go to emergency if you need to. I won't. I'll remain in pain until I can see Brad. They're located in BA, attached to St John BA. No matter. They're worth it. Great staff.

He has diagnosed me where the big hospitals have missed. He cares. He knows his stuff. I had 4 broken bones in my left foot that he diagnosed where my primary (CT scan) , & a tbj foot specialist had missed. I'd walked in pain for an entire Caribbean holiday due to this. Due to past experience I called podiatrist Dr Brad Beasley who had found the 4 broken bones a couple years earlier that TBJ had missed/ignored. No, I didn't have 2 sprained ankles as tbj diagnosed, I had one and the right ankle had a broken piece floating. I needed surgery. It's a long and ongoing story, but at least now I feel I'm in competent hands, directed but Dr Brad Beasley. He cares. That's what matters.

I went to see Dr. Shelly Hogue for a extremely painful problem from a surgery by another doctor…read more She took and X-ray and within 10 seconds saw the problem. Dr. Hogue performed a surgery and the pain was gone and so was the gabapentin drug the other doctor had prescribed. I returned to see her when I destroyed both my ankles due to wear and tear and an accident. She performed Arthrex internal brace surgery on both ankles and they are good to go back to my activities. Dr. Shelly Hogue has repaired, motivated and given me the confidence that I am healthy enough to continue my skydiving, BASE jumping at the age of 72. I just can't thank her enough for giving me through her knowledge and skilled hands my extended lease on an active life.

The support staff will not do their jobs and when you call in they will not call you back. And if and when they do they act like it's not their problem and then when you call them out on not doing it they will hang up on you. This office has personnel in it that don't and won't do their jobs and there is no checks and balances on the personnel that don't do their jobs. The level of care here is some of the worst in the area and St John has been made aware of this and they ignore complaints made thru their system. STAY AWAY from this office as the level of care will not be there to keep you healthy. Again the support staff and personnel at this office are the worst in the area.

I have never waited more than five minutes for them to call me back. The nurses are also friendly and helpful. They ask about how you are doing and take the time to listen to whatever silly story I have to tell them. They are way too polite to say they have other patients to see and they patiently listen and interject comments when it's appropriate. I've tried other podiatrist practices and I'll never stray again. dr Albright is the man!
