The estimator was friendly and gave me a reasonable quote for a deep clean and as I requested bi-weekly house cleaning. In the meantime, someone suggested to my wife that we invest in a tineco vacuum/mop. Cleaner living came today, and after they left, I busted out the mop. I only cleaned about 100 square feet, and the water was filthy. I sent a picture to cleaner living.... They asked for a link to the equipment. After a bit, they said they use industry standard moping techniques, and that equipment would take too long to use. Note, I spent 20 minutes to mop and use Bona over the entire area I cleaned. So they are totally ok smearing gunk all over the floor as opposed to actually cleaning them and earning the 30% increase in fees. Suffice it to say, I fired them today.
