Called and Talked to I believe Rhonda And then Chris..they answered every question even sent out a tech to go over the system I needed to update as I was adding walls and rooms ..very professional they beat every other bid and by far the most knowledgeable People out of the 3 companies I contacted..most Friendly people..loved their way of doing business..They even threw in a few things not on the list to be done ..they did at no extra cost..great Company they have my business now and future.. read more

This is the worst place of employment I've ever workd and the most toxic work environment I have ever worked in. The owner is in a relationship with the Office Manager and they play you one against the other. Cannot make a mutual decision together and tell you to undernine the other. Company does not pay the standard industry pay, and will give you more tasks than the job description says and what they hire you for. This company has taken and removed hourly pay away from employees weekly pay as they will only pay you for the jobs they seem fit to pay you for if they deem it your "role" and refuse to pay if they deem it not your "role." Constant harassment of the staff, they swear and use profanity in the office, highest turnover rate I've ever seen. Local companies and contractors won't work with them due to previous and current work culture, unable to hire new prospects cause of their reputation in the fire industry field. PTO is non existent, benefits package is so high you can't afford Healthcare coverage based off your hourly rate of pay. Be aware of this company and seek employment elsewhere. read more

I called this company to ask some simple questions. I was transferred to a women who was an absolute witch. I think her name was Rhonda. She was incredibly rude to me and treated me like a telemarketer. I tried to be as polite as possible but to no avail. I would not recommend giving this company your business. read more
