This is the worst place of employment I've ever workd and the most toxic work environment I have…read moreever worked in. The owner is in a relationship with the Office Manager and they play you one against the other. Cannot make a mutual decision together and tell you to undernine the other. Company does not pay the standard industry pay, and will give you more tasks than the job description says and what they hire you for. This company has taken and removed hourly pay away from employees weekly pay as they will only pay you for the jobs they seem fit to pay you for if they deem it your "role" and refuse to pay if they deem it not your "role." Constant harassment of the staff, they swear and use profanity in the office, highest turnover rate I've ever seen. Local companies and contractors won't work with them due to previous and current work culture, unable to hire new prospects cause of their reputation in the fire industry field. PTO is non existent, benefits package is so high you can't afford Healthcare coverage based off your hourly rate of pay. Be aware of this company and seek employment elsewhere.

Unethical Company - Avoid Working Here…read more Pros: None that I can think of. Cons: This is a very unethical company that does not care about its employees or customers. Some of the issues I faced while working here are: -High turnover rate in Central Station, resulting in constant workload and shift coverage pressure -Toxic office culture with gossip, drama, and nepotism -Poor management that does not provide training, guidance, or support to staff -Incompetent owner who inherited the business and does not know how to run it -Dishonest practices such as lying to customers, poaching employees from competitors, and enforcing non-compete agreements -Low pay and lack of transparency about wages -No communication or accountability from management and sales team -Sales team that sells products that the company does not offer and does not communicate the new information or procedures with the alarm center -Unprofessional behavior such as the owner parking in handicapped spots even though they are not handicapped, asking employees to drop out of college, and dodging calls from customers and staff Advice to Management: None. This company is beyond repair.
