I had been a loyal customer for nearly nine years. Over this time, I have rented various pieces of equipment, such as floor sanders and excavators, and purchased tools including axes and a chainsaw. On this occasion, I rented a six-inch wood chipper. The chipper was unable to grind even small branches under two inches in diameter, which indicates significant mechanical issues. Upon discovering this problem, I immediately contacted their staff. I was instructed to return the equipment and assured that I would be "taken care of." Upon returning the chipper within an hour of receiving it, I was informed that the only other chipper available was also inoperable, making it impossible for me to complete the work as planned. The next day, I spoke with Brian, the owner. He informed me that he would not provide a refund for the rental. The fine print on their contract indemnified them from any liability. Equipment issues may occur from time to time, but a reputable business takes accountability and seeks to make things right for its customers. This business is happy to take your money, but will not be there for you when something goes wrong. I paid for a service that was not provided.

I have been in customer service for 12 plus yrs and when customers typically have a problems normally the right response would be to apologize and try to fix the problems. The lady wanted to tell me they never had this problems and discredited my issues. She continued the rudeness even after I proved the issues. However, as soon as you walk in, the space was transformed into this beautiful ceremony space. I was pleasantly surprised! It's very clean, with a kitchen bar type area that food can be served. The restrooms were clean and had good space to work for all types of folks. I would say the building, inner space and restrooms are handicap accessible as well. The lighting was great too. Overall I am very impressed, and would use this location for my own needs one day. I would recommend it. I also won't be posting photos out of respect for the bride and groom, but I can say I am particular about cleanliness and such, and this place really impressed me with their attention to detail.

These disgusting slime bags keep leaving buckets of raw sewage on my front lawn without any…read morenotification or permission. They did the same thing in the summer and my place smelt just like raw sewage. That was for painting. This time it's for the workers that are fixing the drainage. The workers can be inconvenienced and walk an extra 50 feet to walk up by the mailboxes to go to the bathroom. Instead they want me to puke. I'm going to go puke on all the door handles that they use for entry into their slimebag business. I hope that is legal, I'm pretty sure leaving raw sewage on their front entry is illegal. If anyone wants to get a class action going, I am down. For the record, I called them wed, fri, and sat. Thurs was thanksgiving. Since that bucket of raw sewage is sitting there 24/7 and they work maybe 2 or 3 days a week due to the holidays.. I am livid.
