    Dozen strawberries

I recently ordered a fruit platter and a dozen strawberries for a fireman's graduation and must say was blown away with the beautiful job they did in the presentation of the products they did for me! They customized the tray with the initials of the fire department and made the fitting theme red , white and blue! And bonus, all the fruit and strawberries were delicious! Thanks FFC!!!

I got chocolate-covered oreos here and they were delicious!! They have a variety of treats beyond the fruit bouquets.

This is a candy shop that's small in size but bursting with a ton of different confections from all over the country. They have the Goo Goo Clusters from Nashville, Moose Munch from Medford, Hammonds from Denver, Claeys from South Bend, etc. It's certainly an eclectic selection, well appreciated for variety, but we were looking for locally made items that could keep well in the Arizona heat. We ended up purchasing some prickly pear cactus candy and their in house made mountain bark. Mountain Bark ($5.25 per square) - This is essentially an improved rice crispy treat crossed with fudge. There are tons of crispy popped rice bits interspersed with soft gooey marshmallows, some chewier melted white chocolate bits, and plenty of peanut butter flavor. It's a denser cake vs. a light and fluffy rice crispy treat, but is, dare I say, more delicious. (4/5) With such a wide variety of delicious treats, Sweet Shoppe Candy Store is definitely a great place to pick up some candy.

I looked over their menu, very interesting assortment of drinks from ceremonial cacao to matcha and other thoughtfully curated cocoa-based drinks. (They're leaps and bounds better than that place in Heritage Square). Good quality dark chocolate exterior and flavorful fillings, though I did find some of the fillings a bit salty and wished there were more chocolate interior options rather than all "chocolate outside, something else inside." Some of the flavors were a bit too, uh, Sedona out-there for me, but that's just my personal taste, so I can't hold that against them. Why not 5 stars? Well, they're not in the same tier as the all-timers of fancy chocolates, like LA Burdick in Boston or the like, despite being priced about as high. But if you want fancy handmade chocolates, it's a great option to have in town.

Both Cashier and Baristas were very friendly and had great memory of the friend(s) who sent us to Lund, so it was great to connect over mutual friends. They are also hitting their 5-year anniversary (celebrating June 27th + 28th!) Rare to find coffee shops that offer discounts, and that make sure to ask, but we were asked if we were students, teachers, or military which was nice. I tried their Flew From Samoa Latte and it was really tasty! 10/10 would recommend.

Maybe they were still new and working things out? I came back later with my boyfriend and ordered the same drink, while he got a latte and a pastry. This time, the coffee exceeded my expectations. We…read morearrived about 10mins after they opened for lunch on a Tuesday and we were promptly seated and served. It was a good thing, as the place was packed 15min later! This is our 2nd time at Fat Olives. I love their wooden floors, wooden tables and chairs and the brick walls...simple yet stylish! We decided on two pizzas- the 12" Shrimp Fra Diavolo (pesto sauce, spicy shrimp, basil, and the wonderful Calabrian chiles and chili oil) and a 10" Pepperoni. The shrimp pizza was amazing and will have me stopping in here on future Flagstaff trips! The crust was perfectly cooked- a little char from the wood smoke oven and a little chewiness like a good crust should have. Despite the place getting crazy before we left, our waiter was very attentive and got us a box for our last 3 slices (all from the pep) and to-go drinks. Being hot and sunny, we placed the pizza box on our dash and had the last few slices hours later on the road. The only problem with Fat Olives is it being in Flagstaff and not in metro-Phoenix. Okay...2nd problem is I want to try every pizza they have. If the first problem gets fixed, the 2nd problem may go away! Final note- they do have several pizzas with nuts on them, so those with nut allergies should speak to their server to understand any risk.
