The massage was wonderful for both my wife and I, the perfect amount of pressure without being painful. The atmosphere was great and the massage therapists were very friendly. Our only complaint would be the hole where we rested our face while on our stomach was not very comfortable. It was very hard around the edges. My friends and I accidentally came here when we had appointments at a business with a very similar name and a very similar address. Luckily they were still able to fit all three of us in at the times we wanted and for the services we wanted. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage, my two friends had 60 minute Swedish massages and we all enjoyed our services. It was a little more pricey than the place we intended to go to but we were very relaxed. I would recommend this place to others and I would go again. read more

I've been coming to Total Health Spa regularly for several months, and I'm absolutely happy with their services. I've been to enjoy both Swedish and Deep Tissue massages here, and the Total Health massage specialists excel at both. When you first walk in, you'll be greeted with a smile, and you're guaranteed to leave feeling like your body has been renewed. They have single- table rooms as well as a "couple's" room you can share with someone else if you're both getting pampered. I really love the 75-minute option. Sometimes 60 isn't quite enough, but 90 is just a tad too much. Highly recommend!!! read more

I have been visiting this business for years, which is why I received a gift certificate for Christmas 2023. The frustration and confusion surrounding the use of my gift certificate detracted from the relaxed feeling of my massage. I left feeling disappointed instead of relaxed. Wonderful couples massage. We had the Swedish massage, but they worked on specific areas that needed help as well. Relaxing, peaceful atmosphere, friendly staff, and very professional. We were confused about tipping, because there are no envelopes for them at the front desk, so we just handed them the tips. That was a little awkward, but no big deal. Visited Total Health Spa a couple of days ago. The lady at the front desk was awesome! She took me to my room and made sure I was set up and everything was great. The massage was good and therapist was nice. I prefer Massage Empress. Their prices are lower snd their massage therapist are really great and very accommodating. They are located in Duluth off of Pleasant Hill. All in all Total Health Spa is clean, professional and organized. Nice place to try if your in Buford. read more

I got a 60 minute service for under $70 including tip. My body massage was stellar, my foot massage wasn't the best but quick communication fixes that.
