Dr. Hollie is fantastic. I've been very fortunate with the chiropractic care I've received since I first started seeing chiropractors in 2014, but she is hands down the most gentle and thorough chiropractor I've worked with. What really stood out to me is how much time she takes to show you exactly where your issues are and explain what she's seeing in a way that actually makes sense. You're not just being adjusted and sent on your way, you leave with a much better understanding of what may be contributing to the problem and what you can do about it. Their office also uses several tools and treatment methods I haven't seen at other chiropractic practices, which gave me a lot of confidence in the treatment plan. I especially appreciate that the approach isn't just about temporary relief, but also incorporates lifestyle changes that can help address what's causing the issues in the first place. I have been coming here for years for massages and all staff are amazing and care about your well-being. Justin and Dr. Rose are fabulous, but all of their LMT/Chiropractors will take good care of you!! I started chiropractic and PT services 5 years ago and it has made a TREMENDOUS difference in helping with my scoliosis. I had extremely bad neck strains and joints that were not leveled that are now aligned so much better! Dr. Snyder, and Dr. Dubay are two that I completely trust with helping feel better and move great! Be sure to book your appointments ahead, as massages book up quickly! Massages are good depending on your person. Most of my favorites left, but had Robbie today and she was very good. Sometimes you can hear folks walking around or talking outside massage rooms, but it's not all the time. They have private rooms and play relaxing music. They don't offer smelly stuff in the beginning, however I've asked before and they provided it (when they rub their hands and let you inhale). I haven't had an PT there, so can't talk to that. The worst customer service ever!!! The culture of Total Health systems is greed. They schedule appointments but take walk ins and make those with appointments wait extended periods-this has happened to me more than 10 times-why make an appointment if you are going to take someone else in your place so you can make more money!!! Also their customer service is the worst!!! I have called 2 times in the last month with no call back regarding horrible service I received-both managers promised to get back with me and the 2nd call was over 2 weeks ago. Also their physical thearpy did me zero good after 7 weeks and many times the 45 minute appointment was 30 minutes and very expensive!! Their billing is very hard to understand and they add extras I did not agree to.... I will never ever go back here for PT! read more

Hands down worst massage I have ever had! I'm so disappointed! I splurge once a year for a massage for my birthday and I'm completely disappointed! Not only did we start 10 minutes behind, he stopped 10 minutes early (from my appointment time) so I lost 20 minutes of my hour massage! Nothing but a little rubbing and pushing... which hurt. No massage technique used. The massage therapist sipped his red bull the whole time. So the massage was fine, no oil or anything but he worked the sore spots for sure. 5/10 would get again if i was sore, but the dude DID. NOT. SHUT. UP. You go to get a massage to relax and i get this is more of a clinical space but my goodness. From gang violence to politics and race relations, it never ended. I went along with it a few times because he was a nice enough guy but every time it would quiet down and i could listen to the podcast IN THE HEADPHONES I WAS CLEARLY WEARING, dude would chirp up again with another wildly non relaxing topic or life story. Maybe i should have said something about wanting quiet but you'd think 10 "mhm" responses in a row, or the fact i checked the box for "relaxation" as my reason for being there, or the HEADPHONES would have hinted to steve i wanted a little peace and quiet. read more

I'm reviewing this on behalf of my 60 year old mother. She was diagnosed with pre-diabetes and needed to lose weight and change her diet. She had ankle issues and never really did much physical activity so she knew this was going to be difficult. She started the diabetes prevention program which helped her manage her diet and 3 months later, she started going to the gym for the Fit RanX program with Sandy as her instructor. Within 6 months she had lost 40 pounds! She never thought she could do something like this and she attributes it all to her instructor, Sandy. She says that Sandy treats everyone with respect and believes in everyone. She is so inspired and motivated to keep improving and she loves going to her gym class. Recently, we had a wedding in our family and I saw my mom jumping up and down and dancing with all of her kids and grandkids. I've never seen her so active and it is wonderful. She is focused, listens, professional and has a true understanding of fitness and nutritional needs. I have seen amazing results in a year and I feel so much better about myself as a result! Dr. Bill is an amazing chiropractor. My husband and I have been going to him for adjustments for quite a few months now. He is SOO personable, fun...listens so well and is amazing in terms of his skills and talents in his profession! Last but not least, Dr. Lungaard, one of my favorite people ever. I have been going to this location for YEARS and love the staff, DC's and massage therapists....I have had MANY massages by Dawn and she is a miracle worker!!! Over the many years that I have been a patient here there have been numerous times that during my massage appointment there have been people working out downstairs with EXTREMELY LOUD MUSIC, typically I and the therapist just laugh it off but tonight, 10 minutes in, it was EXTREMELY loud. Which, of course, takes away from the ambiance and purpose of the massage. The therapist went downstairs and asked them to turn it down, which they did. However, 30 minutes later it began shaking the walls again. Mind you I was in for an hour massage‍ (we're now 40 minutes in) I am definitely not a prude however, this was just blatant disregard and disrespect for not only myself but also the therapist and I feel that someone should be aware as this is poor customer service. read more

This is the BEST place to go for chiropractic care. I would pass by this center for years before I actually went and made an appointment. I used to see a doctor that had left that location and now I see Dr. Rose and refuse to see anyone else! I know a handful of people that either have given up on chiropractic care of haven't had results, but this place knows what's up and Dr. Rose is so intuitive and amazing in her care. Definitely give this place a go and I promise you will not be disappointed. Their initial new patient fee was twenty dollars when I had gone and came with a one hour massage, x-rays, and an adjustment. You can't beat that! I can't rave enough about Total Health Systems and they are so easy to navigate and the wait is basically non-existent. I generally call the same day I want t get in and they work it out.
