They charge clients who cancel last minute, but should a lash tech cancel, the person's SOL. I've been doing my part in scheduling regular visits for the upkeep of the lashes. If you can't fulfill these appointments, I shouldn't be expected to pay more for a fill or for a new set because more time has gone by and more lashes have been lost. Being a good business owner/lash tech means knowing how to be savvy, not picking and choosing when you do and don't want to work. Be mindful of your client's time. Without them, you wouldn't have a job.

I got acrylic nails and they were poorly shaped and sanded i had to fix them when i got home, they where super aggressive with my nails and hands, i kept getting nicked, my skin sanded and bunch of the proper steps of doing nails were missed, including pushing back cuticles, a barrier, dehydrating the nails and washing in between painting and sanding. There was acrylic buildup all underneath my nails that wasn't cleaned up or sanded and was pretty pricey, they also never told me nor was is listed that french tips cost more and you are charged per nail. The staff was nice just the job wasn't too good. I have gotten my nails 2 other times and it was half the price and they were more gentle. And im usually not picky but its been a few hours and my fingers and skin still burn.

I went for two root touch ups. The roots always turn out a different color and there's a line around my head. It's never blended. Other salons I've been to have been able to do it, so I know its not because of my hair. My friend got her hair cut and it was horrible.
