The package consisted of 1 hour facial, 30 min relaxation massage, 30 min mani, and 30 min pedi. The relaxation massage was nice, but that's about all that I liked. First, the facial solely consisted of different products applied to my face for an hour. No steam. No extractions. When I asked why no steam, I was told that was the type of facial that it was for the deal find, but when I asked my sister in law, she had gotten steam and extractions. (What else are you really doing in an hour???) The mani/pedi part was the worst. I have never once had either where they don't put any lotion on my hands or feet, but this one didn't. Not an ounce...even when I asked about it she said she'd put some on my arms at the end. I was so disappointed by the lack of effort, and the disregard for doing a good job, I mentioned this to the owner at the end of the services, and she was shocked that I hadn't gotten steam, or lotion, and offered to go talk to her daughter (who was my esthetician for me I guess) about what happened, but little else in the way of compensation. It's really too bad, as I know several people who live in the area, and I'm moving there soon as well, so would like to have a good local place. But I don't think this is it.

I know she was new because she did not know where anything was located and had to ask a lot of questions. Again, everyone learns somewhere but the customer should be made aware and offered a discount before the services began. Although the price was good, I still paid regular fees. Won't be returning, will try my odds somewhere else.

My sister has naturally curly hair, and until now has never found someone who understood how to work with it.She can't stop talking about how great the cut was and the product that was recommended.I guess it helped that the stylist has curly hair too. Unlike my sister, I had boring straight hair.Buffie gave me a cut that woke it up.She did some funky thing with her scissors to my hair and now it looks thiker, and has way more volume.I'm going back for some highlites next week.Thankyou Buffie for the"Fabulous" hair.
