I cannot say enough about his willingness to answer questions and review the process with me during off hours and being transparent. My closing certainly had all the drama and suspense and at times, I felt like TM failed to timely respond to me, the realtor or seller. And of course, the seller would provide incomplete documents and sometimes it felt like my realtor represented the seller (remember, drama). But thankfully, I was working with Alejandro who made sure to look into matters and get things straightened out. His style of advocacy and transpency will attract future clients. We had discuss the house buying process about a year before deciding to pull the proverbial trigger. I spoke to other brokers but really appreciated that he did not try to do a "hard sell" and made sure I had all the information I needed. A few months later, I circled back with him because out of everyone, my husband and I liked his approach. Happy we made that decision. We are now enjoying our first home with our son. Quick and simple refinance with them, made it painless and i literally had to do nothing after sending them my initial loan documents, financials and work history, and the rest was handled by the team with a touch less appraisal. I work with Raj Nath who was excellent, and the closing team with Nicole & Kimberly were prompt and made the process a breeze once we locked in the rate. I was initially taken back by some of the final # but came to realize they were the market value for what was associated with a refinance and or closing in this difficult time. None the less, after a few payments i've realized how much more $ i'm putting towards the principal and not paying in interest that the break even is maybe a year($0 down to refi) and then all downhill for the next 19 years.
