We spent $800 having solar panels, eaves, windows(inside and out) and screens cleaned. Wiping the window tracks is not included! It's $2 per window track add on. I had used this company for over 20 years and was very disappointed in the way they treated us on the last visit. I called and scheduled our cleaning. They made a quote and could not do it right away. I called several weeks later the day before they were to come out and asked what the charge would be since I could not remember and they said it would be $350. I made out a check. When the worker said this is wrong and called they said it would be $375. They also told the worker that I have done this before so he relayed this to me. He acted like that as a customer I would do something to short them the cost of their work. I could not believe how he acted. I had no idea what he was talking about. We always paid the quoted price. The person that gave me the quote may have said $375 the first time when I called but did not remember the day before what she told me when she said $350. Friends have told me that I was paying way too much anyway. I was very hurt that a company that I used faithfully even with their higher costs would treat a customer like they did. We owned a company and would have never talked to or accused a customer in the manner that they did to me. I would not recommend this company. read more

I had Total Perfection come out to my house to pressure wash it and clean the windows. They did a great job and were very careful. There was one stain on my stucco that they could not remove because they didn't want to take the paint off. I appreciate a company that actually cares and doesn't just hurry through a job to get it done. They are very fair priced and showed up when expected. Highly recommended. read more

They showed up on time. Was told that it would take a few hours to do the windows. My sitter was home and they cleaned the inside windows for 20 minutes. Then they took an hour to clean the outdoor windows. I thought great, if they could get it done that quickly. I came home from work and noticed that at least 12 of the windows were not that clean. One was horrible. I called them when I got home and noticed. They said that someone will come out the next day. They did. They cleaned the one really bad window. They said the one really bad window was from hard water. There is no sprinkler in that area to give it hard water. They did not do any other window. I called again to talk with Troy and had to leave a message. I called the next business day and had to leave another message. I have never heard from them again. I would not want them to wash my windows again. read more

I have been using Total Perfection to clean my windows for years and was always happy with their service. Troy always came out, was professional, efficient and did a good job! I called prior to Thanksgiving to request a cleaning, I spoke to Pam and she indicted they could come out on the 22nd between 10:30 & 11am. I did not specifically ask for Troy but assumed he would come since he had always done my windows in the past. The cleaners got here at approximately 11:30 which was fine. The gentleman that knocked on the door was not Troy and indicated he was with Total Perfection. They started cleaning the windows and after a time I realized things were not going well. There were two cleaners, one older gentleman and another guy that appeared to be in his teens. I saw them cleaning the windows inside and it appeared they only had a short step ladder (some of my windows are three story high). I turned and saw the young teen stretching to try to reach the top windows. I started looking at the windows that had already been cleaned and noticed numerous smudges and placed that appeared to not be cleaned. I asked the older gentleman how he was reaching the high window and he showed me an extender stick, really? I told him there were numerous places that were smudged, I showed him some areas and re-cleaned those areas. I continued to look at the windows and saw a window in my bathroom that was not cleaned, I asked him if he cleaned it and he said yes, it was obvious it had not been cleaned, he did clean it. I asked him if he could please go around and double check the windows for smudges and he told me to show him where. Then he said for future he recommended me asking for the person that usually came. At that point, I called Pam and she said "if he is still there, show him the windows and have him clean them". I told her most of the windows had smudges and I felt he should double check all the windows. She told me she would call him but her attitude was that he was still at my home so it was my problem. After she spoke to him, I was in the same place, he told me to show him where the windows were smudged. I showed him one window and he couldn't even reach where the smudge was. I work from home and was really busy and had already taken a lot of time inspecting and showing them windows. Result was they did a terrible job and were very unprofessional!! I was also very disappointed with the response I got from Pam. I will never use Total Perfection again!!!!!!! read more

It is a shame I had to give them 1 star to write a review. After using them for years my wife called to complain about the recent window washing job. Her call was met with the owner screaming into the phone. The conversation ended with his statement never call me again, and then hanging up on my wife. We will be using someone else read more
