This time 8/13 can't say the same , more people showed up compared to previous. Maybe owner has not trained staff enough or what - He gave me invoice stated how to pay and i asked are you finished and leaving ? He say yes- very soon. I then stated i noticed a lot of window with are smeared and have water spots - can you go around and do a Quality Control on all windows and i'll do the same. He said sure . One window has a calcium run from stucco it was pretty obvious he did not try to clean off - did not understand that - Keep in mind this house is 2 years old After my walk around i notice several scratches on different windows. Mentioned this - he said they don't use anything that could cause scratches on my LOW-E glass film . I understand his point and would not expect him to use anything that would cause scratches. But somehow they are there and weren't before he came . Frustration is definitely happening. Anyways , needless to say time to find another person . They came out to clean our windows and after they left, we noticed some pretty significant scratches in at least three of the windows. I sent photos of the scratches to the owner Tom, who told me that he would figure out what was happening or what the guys had done. He sent me a message a couple of days later and said that he knew what it happened and that he would get back to me and let me know. Still have not heard from him. I will not be using them again. I do not need that kind of damage done to my windows. Especially when they are windows that look out at my view! Like I said, we've used them for years before and I've never had a problem. Aga herself and a team came to my house which is pretty big job 5200sqft. My house was absolutely glowing afterwards. Throughout the years we'd use her service whenever we came up to this house as we were renovating our other one getting it ready to rent. She always made sure she had a team that could come to our home! Now that we're living here full time again we use her service weekly and since we are doing a MASSIVE spring clean/ home organization we're currently using her service 3xs a week. She has Evelyn and Daniel doing this daunting task for us and OMG Evelyn is an absolute power house and works miracles. Daniel will probably be a body builder after having to lift all the heavy tubs for us and move ridiculously heavy furniture to clean under it to get everywhere as clean we possible.
