They agreed to just buy my car outright for pretty close to retail. ( who knows what that number is in todays car market? ) Unfortunate but things happen. I was pleased with the way they handled the situation. The whole mishap was resolved in a week. I was able to replace the car with a new Lexus via a cash purchase from another dealer over the phone without the hassle of negotiating a trade.
