I have very high arches and a high step, which has made finding comfortable shoes difficult for years. I also developed painful calluses and assumed the issue was simply footwear. Dr. Calcagni took the time to clearly explain the anatomy of my feet and why they require specific support. Once that underlying issue was addressed, the pain resolved completely--just as he said it would.
