We picked our top two and were happy that Windsor was one that her insurance covered. All of the staff were very good, kind and courteous to my mother. It was a very clean facility. The physical therapy and occupational therapy staff was top-notch. We really loved all of them. The nurses, the aids, maintenance workers, cleaning staff as well as the House doctor were fantastic. She liked the food ok (they served a lot of beans!), it was better than the food at the hospital. Most of the rooms were double patient rooms, but there were a few single private rooms available, but you need to request them. The only complaint that I have was a big mixup regarding when we left. We were told three different times that when we leave, she will be given anything that she needs to continue her quality of life like a wheelchair, walker, cane... and would go through the insurance. When it was time for her to leave, they told us that they could not provide the seated walker because we lived out of state. Evidently that is only for people that live in state, but everyone knew that we did not live in Texas. It was a big rush for my father and I to go out and try to find a walker with a seat at the last minute. Had we known earlier I would've ordered one off of Amazon because she was there for 12 days. I asked at the very beginning and we were told that she would be leaving with one so we did not order it. Had we not had that mixup, they definitely would've received five stars.

They decide to tell me that they had trouble verifying my insurance and for that reason I was scheduled for an appointment they had over a month and I have to reach out to me and get this sorted and they choose a day of my appointment to look into my insurance. Once they finally did, they basically told me my insurance was only able to cover $75 off the entire visit and the consultation itself. I was looking at over $150 and asked for the procedures they were gonna do. I was looking at paying $1500-$5000. From my understanding, I thought pain management was just to help you with prescriptions. They told me prescriptions is not what they do and that it's more of a treatment center with different medical procedures. I waited a month and a half to see these people to help get my terrible pain under control only for them to wait the day of my appointment to be told this information. If I could give these people less than a one star, I would. Terrible communication and lack of care for the patient. Absolutely do not consider going here.

I was advised to go to the hospital ER (which happens to be owned by the same company as this urgent care), even though I clearly stated I only needed to see a doctor or nurse practitioner for an eye irritation--not emergency services. If they had seen me here, it would've been a $35 urgent care fee, but going to the ER means paying $200 plus whatever extra charges they add on. It honestly feels like a scam to push more patients toward their ER for higher billing. The employee explained that Blue Cross Blue Shield was "closed on Sundays," but that shouldn't prevent patients from being seen when they need care. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I am start by saying if i could put zero stars I would .Horrible experience my mom gave birth in…read morethat hospital her words "worst birth she has ever had" and that cause she has had 5 other before and the nurses in the third floor the worst they wouldn't let my mom have visitors and she was in the room all by herself in pain because a stupid nurse didn't give her the pump to give medication (the epidural) so she was in pain also my mom pressed the call light or button SIX TIMES nobody came they only spoke throught the control thing and would hang up cause they couldn't hear anything but because my mom was in so much pain she couldn't speak and them not checking up on her is negligence and I should know cause I studying last year for a CNA and passed .It was outrageous my mom was in excruciating pain and nobody want to see there mom or love ones go throught that .
