Nearly ten years later, we were able to find the same tile and the complementary smaller trim tiles to replace the damaged ones we had when we changed counter tops through a different company. I won't guarantee that if you make a purchase, and need more at a later time they will have it, but it definitely influenced my rating. Like the other reviewers, the customer service could be more welcoming. We wandered the spacious store looking for something to go with our tile and when the small staff did not greet us, my wife simply took matters into her own hands and asked one of the staff (when she finished on the phone) if she could help us. They just don't have many folks on the floor to assist. Maybe if they shifted priority to helping in house customers instead of dealing with other tasks, they would have a better overall rating. The most frustrating thing my wife encountered was that they didn't have the boxes for the items you wanted stacked nearby. So, we couldn't tell if the items were available in the quantities we wanted without asking. Again, not having many people working means there may be delays in getting answers. Fortunately, they weren't that busy during our visit and my wife was able to get the small quantity of items packaged and ready to go in just a short visit. Overall, they have a lot of beautiful displays to inspire customers for future projects. I thought the prices reflected the different quality of materials, so you have a lot of control over how much your renovation can run based upon the materials you choose.
