I felt the instructor spoke very fast and course felt rushed. To which the instructor abused his privilege to call my cell phone to leave a voicemail complaining about my review. Not only was he sarcastic, he used foul language and said he answered all my STUPID questions. Isn't that the purpose of attending a class is to ask questions and learn? Telling someone they had stupid questions is not good for future referrals, and don't call the student a dick on a voicemail either. Not very professional at all.

The instructor, Levanya, was wonderful. She provided us with a thorough training, more thorough…read morethan I've experienced ever before, and still had us out 30 minutes before the scheduled end of the class. The location was easy to get to with Google Maps. The models we used for training provided us with visual feedback as we were performing compressions. I would recommend for anyone who needs or is interested in CPR in the Cincy area!
