Will lie to your face and they do crappy repairs. Also, they are not very careful with your phone…read more I now have a scratch in the glass and 2 scratches on the sides of the phone. Brought in a Galaxy Note 4 with a jammed volume button. When I picked it back up, the volume button was fixed but later that day when I plugged in the phone to charge, the home button would not work. Apparently the charging port was misaligned and pushing upon the home button when plugged in. I brought the phone back in and showed the misaligned charging port. They said they would fix it. I got a call 15 minutes later saying to pick up the phone, and there was nothing wrong with it. I went up and the button did work like it was supposed too. I asked what he did to fix it and she said he never touched it and there was nothing wrong with it to start with. I looked at the charge port and it was adjusted. You could tell he used a screwdriver to pry it back down due to the missing paint on the top of the charging port. Why couldn't she say they "adjusted" it instead of trying to tell me that there was nothing wrong with it. It's not worth the headache, just go to Florida Cell Repair. Much better quality work.
