We've had multiple policies with Kimberly for years…read more Both her and her staff have always been friendly, prompt and quick to respond to any question or need we might have. Two years ago a drunk driver totaled out car on the drive home from work. We have full coverage and car rental coverage so we knew we'd be fine. The other driver didn't have insurance so we had to pay a $100 deductible for that. A quick call to their 24/7 customer service that night made the process relatively easy. We got a rental and got checked out at a walk in the following morning, all covered by our insurance of course. A week later we were in a new car and just a few weeks after that, we got a check for our car totaled car. Because it was paid off, I was told the process went a lot quicker that it could have. For months, AmFam (corporate) followed up with us which I thought was nice. Do remember that in the state of WA, you don't have to close your claim until THREE years after. Just in case something comes up.

He messaged me the next day saying he needed my VIN number for the company vehicle. I explained to him it was already insured and I just wanted a quote for business insurance. He told me he would check to see what the bundle price was so I messaged him the VIN number the next day. I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks and when I messaged him to see what the holdup was he said he was waiting on the VIN number (same one I already sent him) implying that it was my fault he hadn't given me a quote yet. I told him once again I only want business insurance. Another day went by without a quote so I gave up. Called another insurance company that gave me a quote within 5 minutes. If this is the speed at which Brandon and Farmers Insurance does business you will never make it to the finish line. Hard pass

At 1:00pm I still had not heard anything so I called again she gave me some unbelievable excuse as I can hear her trying to get my information in the computer while I was on the phone. She then stated that she would call me back. I waited until 4:30pm and never got a quote or a call back. So I called a 2nd time at 4:30pm and all I would get is a voice mail. So then I tried calling the next day at 12:30pm and it still goes to voice mail. If you do not want my business that fine, but tell me don't screen your calls and not answer your phone.
