She absolutely blew me away. Her gentle touch, attention to detail, and just overall grit to perform at top level made for a masterpiece of a tattoo. She quoted me an hourly rate and approximate number of hours based on the size/complexity of the art work and her estimate was spot on. When I arrived she was warm and friendly, helping me feel at ease in her space. She had already printed and sized the art work, but was prepared to re-size if I wasn't quite satisfied. She double and triple-checked what I wanted before we started any art work. She offered me a numbing cream, which was TREMENDOUSLY helpful. When I expressed that the tattoo was terrible they told me that it was as good as it gets for a foot tattoo. I had Jeremy as an artist but the customer service with everyone was terrible.
