I got my septum pierced in Denver and it was COMPLETELY wrong. The piercer, Jen, was able to get me in and take it out so it could heal. She was so helpful and informational about everything about the piercing. She explained everything she was doing and was super nice! I got my septum done in there. Honestly the piercest blames my nose for being crooked and prodded it three times. The second time told me I had moved. It was the first time I ever got my septum done and I foolishly took out the piercing to clean it and called them because I couldn't get it back in. By the time I got in there it was packed. Which wasn't a problem. Then she proclaimed loud enough in the shop in a room of about 15 or more people that I was the one that messed up. Publicly humiliating me. Our 9 yo daughter really wanted her ears pierced and after working hard and saving her money we finally agreed to let her get them done. Not wanting to take her to a semi-trained teenager with a piercing gun at an accessory store we reached out EVERY place we could find between Breckenridge and Glenwood Springs either with no response or no one willing to do needle piercing on a child under 16. One very nice lady who said she just wasn't comfortable piercing younger kids recommended Pandora's Piercing and we are SO glad she did! We drove 114 miles to get there and would do it again in a heartbeat! The piercer was AMAZING! So calm and reassuring with our daughter, she didn't even feel it when her first ear was pricked. Our 5 yo son who HATES needles even watched and held his sisters hand. We were able to make it a family affair with the grandparents attending and my dad was also able to get one of his ears pierced, something he'd talked about for YEARS but had never done! Fantastic little piercing parlor. They really know their stuff, and do a fantastic job on everything. I've had two daith piercings done that came out beautifully, had some help re-attaching a captive ball earring (at no charge!), and Jen managed to get an old cartilage piercing fixed without having to re-pierce. My wife had gotten a septum piercing about a week prior, the ball had fallen out of one side and the piercer who had done it at another place wasn't available to help out. They graciously scheduled us in at Pandora's for their soonest appointment and said they would try their best to help her out; We greatly appreciated them helping us even though we had gotten it done elsewhere. Everything was pleasant upon arrival, we were even sat quickly in our booth, but everything went downhill from there. The piercer who helped out my wife was Jen and she was just straight up mean to her. Jen did not greet her or ask about the situation. When my wife explained that she was a little embarrassed that she hadn't had the chance to clean the new septum piercing due to our place of work burning down, Jen cut her off and totally ignored any concern of the tragedy. Jen's first remarks were that the piercing looked terrible and that it was crushing her nose. It is not crushing her nose, but Jen insisted on trying to pry it open. This piercing, mind you, was still attached to my wife's face and in the healing process. It just doesn't seem like something that a knowledgeable professional piercer would do. She asked who did the piercing in a way that made us feel that she was gearing up to speak poorly of them. This piercing was done by a reputable piercer at a shop and we were both very happy with it. We left Pandora's after paying for the ball that they were able to get on there. I don't like to do 1-Star reviews. If you check my profile, this is only my second standing 1-Star review. My wife had been a loyal customer of Pandora's for 4 years and we had actually originally tried to get the septum done there but THANKFULLY Jen was not available that day. We will not be returning. Please don't yank people's piercings around or share your unsolicited opinions. That will prevent others from having the same experience...or better yet just don't go to Pandora's! read more

I came here to get my belly button pierced and have gone other times with my friends to get things done on them. Every time they're knowledgeable and helpful and patient when we don't know what's going on. They're clean and friendly, would definitely go back again. Didn't hurt at all, none of us have had any severe inflammation or redness like they always have to warn us about. A little pricier than I was expecting, but worth it. (other piercings from other parlors may have been cheaper but they weren't clean and got infected easily. 100% worth the extra $10 or whatever it was). read more

I'm originally from Denver, but we stopped in as we were passing through Grand Junction. I was a little hesitant because of the town being so small and not as "trendy" and modern as Denver. I'm so happy I did though! Jen, the piercer, fit me in to pierce my septum immediately. She was extremely sanitary and very informative. She thoroughly answered any questions I had, and made sure the placement was correct, and comfortable. The whole process was quick and the pain was reasonable. Jen did a great job piercing my 9 year old daughter's ears. Needles are packaged and sterile, only used once and then into the sharps container. All other instruments including the earrings go through the autoclave! Medically sterile! I'm a very happy mom. Unfortunately had to get a MRI and had to remove all my peircings... (all of them...) tried me self to remove with no luck. So decided to have Jen do it for me. She had pierced me before, a long with other (in my opinion ) respectful body peircing professionals in the area, but i like her style so decided to go to her for something like this. I did have to pay a $20 charge for below the belt help, but I get it. Gross. Lol. She took all my jewelry out, including facial jewelry. I paid my fee for that, and then came back after my procedure to have her put jewelry back in. I upgraded jewelry, which btw the jewelry is super reasonably priced. She took the time to reassemble my get'up and I went on my way. All in all, she is fun, professional, clean, knowledgeable and has a great gig going on in this town. Go see her! read more

I went in to get my conch pierced with a hoop and I was with my 22 year old sister and my mom (I'm 17). When we went in, the girl at the front of the store was extremely rude and condescending to my sister who has had plenty of piercings and knows what she's talking about. She told us to not get it pierced with a hoop because it'll hurt so bad. Then when she asked for her IDs and I said I forgot mine she rudely said "If you're old enough to drive you should always have your ID with you." I wasn't driving and I was with my mom because I'm a minor and she had to be there to approve the piercing. Since she was being extremely rude, we decided to go to Apex which is just down the street and the guy there was extremely nice and told us that if we get it pierced with a hoop, it will take 2 months off the healing time. He was also APP certified and knew way more about piercings and customer service. If you're going to get something pierced, got to Apex. It's much cleaner and he knows what he's doing. read more
