Across all classrooms the friendliness of the staff, and quality of the childcare has been consistent. The environment is safe (lots of precautions are in place) and transparent to parents. It is not the cheapest option around, but it is within the parameters of what I would consider reasonably priced, and I believe it's a good value for the services received. My kids have made many friendships there which is a huge parent bonus.

Let…read moreme start off by saying that no child should ever be told to shut up, should be eating noodles from 7/11 as well as hotdogs, drinking 2% milk instead of whole milk to cut corners, sharing reused paper plates and paper cups (HELLO ALLERGIES), sitting on a floor (dirty carpet) that was infested with mice droppings and roaches (until OSSE shut them down almost a year ago and forced them become compliant), be exposed to marijuana being smoked on the third floor passing through the vents reaching the floors where the children are that is illegally being rented out against OSSE regulations and awareness, etc. The owner is HARDLY THERE, GREEDY, and NOT CONCERNED about the children's well being overall. The center is only cleaned when reported to OSSE and threatened. The owner does not abide by OSSE rules and regulations by informing the parents why the center is closed when it happens, rather lying by saying its a cleaning day. The owner terminates any parent that she feels will report her to OSSE via text (How can a child be terminated that has not been present in weeks?) Additionally, most of the staff are NOT legally trained or certified (paid American staff to pass test for foreign staffers) just helpers that are NOT happy nor professional. There is always new staff and a high turnover rate sadly. The American staffers bump heads with the other staffers and constantly complain about how nasty they are and how they don't understand simple directions which is alarming. Parents that choose for their children to wear cloth diapers are discussed openly and called trifling. Children with same sex parents are discussed and avoided by some staff due to religious beliefs, a HUGE DISGRACE AND TOTAL DISCRIMINATION. Parents that pay out of pocket are treated like royalty but sadly have the truth hidden from them the most. Children's diets are not respected and no staffer is aware of the children's allergies. SCARY!!!!! I have asked who can administer medication if needed and was lied to. If you desire a horrible babysitting center, so be it. Your child will not learn, and will do the bare minimum in regards to academic growth. There are hardly any school supplies or educational toys, let alone educational activities in place for the children sadly. Please do not punish your child or be fooled as I was, in addition to the many parents who pulled their children from this place. If you do decide to give this place a chance, please inquire about the credentialing of the staff (definitely new faces), how often the place is cleaned and pay attention, the diet of your child; ask for a monthly menu and be sure it is not a lie, and drop in as often as possible- PLEASE!!!! I took my child there for close to 6months at the Nixa location. Major issues I had my child got…read moresick there constantly every week I dropped off. When we left for a 3 week vacation never got sick. Worst, we all got sick because of it all the time. I am talking about severe constant respiratory virus, harsh stomach flue's with painful dry heaving and constant colds. I ended up in the ER with such a severe stomach flue that my kidneys were hurting. After my child came home for the 5th time vomiting all over a 2nd brand new car seat I was done. I know I should of quit a while back but I was told this is normal in childcare. All children get sick. Well not according to my friends whom are mothers and as well take their kids to other daycare.Every time I dropped of my child I could see there rest of the children where never clean, never wore socks or their snot was not being wiped off. The germs were being spread. They will tell you how clean they are, how they wash hands all the time but that is absolutely not true. Couple of times I dropped in early or announced and the children where in their diapers, no socks, and it was freezing to me in there even with my clothes on. So many many sad times I would see kids with dry snot all over their faces and the two care takers either not giving a poop or just pretending it wasn't there. I've picked up my child with poop rashes, snot everywhere, scratches from other children. And every time I mentioned anything they promised it would change, said it was wrong and how sorry they were. But nothing every changed. I couldn't do it anymore. 2nd major issue. The new Nixa location doesn't look anything like the first one in Republic and has not changed since it opened up. It's like a prison for the babies section. No windows, no carpet and once again they keep it very cold there and don't use the heat in the winter. When you walk in you will see there's hardly any toys and if they are any they are all used and boring. At one point a state inspector was there and all these new things showed up for the empty rooms. Next day they where all gone. So sad how people can get away with this. Then the employees never stick around and it's just a bunch of young girls whom have no clue on what's going on constantly coming in and out. Watch out for the late afternoon shift with these young girls because that is when there is no authorities watching over them and they basically let the kids sit in poop until the parents come. You will never see the same person there for more then 2/m. One older lady has stuck around whom is now the director but she is so overwhelmed and since she has taken over the sickness has gotten worse. I posted a review on CR regarding these issues and I had 2 former employees email me back advising me that behind the scenes it's much worse. One explained that they don't do any activities at all. They just let the babies sit all day long and once in a great blue moon they might read a book for picture purpose to send to the parents. I repeatedly asked why my child's shoes, sunhat and sunscreen wasn't getting used and they would just tell me they didn't go outside on that day. But not ONCE did I receive in the six months there one picture of my child being outside. I also believe they don't feed organic food either as they advise. Ours is nothing but organic and they were supposed to feed it to my child instead of theirs. But my child had constant diarrhea when there after eating which lead me to believe that they fed my child their food for some odd reason. I've caught them messaging me that my child ate all her sweet potato and ext. and then when I cleaned out her cooler the stuff was all still there. I was supposed to get constant update pictures everyday of what my child was doing. I got that for the first month and then it stopped. All i got was blurry pictures that looked horrible with my child basically just sitting there. They do nothing but fake activities that are not challenging or educating. The owner will tell you exactly what you wanna hear and everything will happen for a while but then once you have been there it all stops. For these problems and money you have to pay for those fake promises this place is not worth it. Basically I think the owners are consumed with money issues because they are opening these locations with no intend of giving you what the first one looks like (Republic). They just use that as a front advertisement. They have five kids with one on the way and I think with them its all about the money. They'll tell you how they were on the news. That's only because they used that as a commercial kind of basis. They will tell you how they are being asked for advise on to run childcare centers but it's all just a gimmick. It's just sad and I hate how people take advantage of children and their worried parents. Maybe they cared once ego but now it's just a hunting came for them to bring you in. I strongly advise to stay away.

Today they called to say my little guy had a fever of 102. (poor baby!) The girls knew the situation I was in, and first words out of her mouth, "How can we help you?" I wasn't sure! I'm at work, luckily only a half mile away, with customers in my store, and unable to drive or carry him. You know what they did? Made sure they were staffed properly in each room, found a car seat, drove my son here to me, brought medicine and a bottle and everything else he needed, AND then when she got here she set up a pack n play for me so he could take a nap! They go ABOVE and BEYOND for me and my son, and that's how I feel so comfortable knowing that he has loving, caring, watchful adults (that he adores by the way) taking care of him while I am at work. P.S. We've been at many daycares over the years (I've been a foster parent for 10 years). This is the only one I know of that has the SAME workers in the infant room for years! Our daughter began going to Daisy's Imagination Station at the beginning of May 2025. We have never…read morehad any issues. We live right across the street from the school. She loves walking there in the mornings and I can hear her playing during the day. Last week while at home she had a seizure and we had to call 911. Within 5 minutes of the fire truck and ambulance pulling up, I received messages from Ms Kelsey and the owner Ms Kim asking if our daughter was okay. Not only did they both message that day and evening, but each day multiple times until she came home from the hospital. When she went to school this morning, we were greeted by smiles and everyone so happy to see her. This is not just a school or daycare, these are amazing caregivers who treat our kids like their family. I'm so thankful to all the teachers and especially to Kim and Dave made a terrifying time a little bit easier to handle.
