I was also going to have them do a summer inspection of my central air unit. It was going to be a decent-sized bill. So they told me two technicians would come out at the same time. Had an appointment for August 18th, 2026, at 9:30 am. I asked them if they would call or text before they showed up, and they told me yes. I waited 3 hours. It was a no-show; no call or text as to why they were late or not showing up. You would think between the two of them, at least one of them would have called. Tried to call them, and their phone was not set up for voicemail. Therefore, I could not even leave them a message. I finally sent them an email 3 hours later telling them to cancel my service call. I will never recommend Cro Mech Services to anyone. Finally found another local father-and-son appliance repair person to come out. I am going with Certified Appliance.

Once he had the correct part, he scheduled a time and arrived to fix the issue. It took longer than expected, but he said he finished, and I paid him in cash. I started a load after he left to make sure everything worked fine, but water pour out over the kitchen floor. I immediately called him back, and after looking at it, he determined that the hose clamp had broken while he was installing the pump. He would need to get a new one. I was told two days later that no one had the appropriate clamp and he would need to order a new pump. I tried to contact him several times after this, but no answer. I finally got him to answer but he immediately hung up and BLOCK my number. He never did complete the repair or return my money
