The billing department at Fleming Therapy is a disaster to work with…read more Already under stress taking time off from work to take my daughter to initial twice-weekly, turned weekly PT appointments, but the billing team adds another layer to that amount of stress. Each time I drop my daughter off, I'm being asked in front of the entire lobby to make a payment - yet never received a statement in the mail. I ended up making large payments in-person and received follow up statements for dates of services I've already paid for. Their billing manager tells me she and her staff have no control over where the money gets disbursed to -- for example, if I make a $90 payment, $30 is being disbursed to three dates of service, still leaving a balance on all three dates as well. Honestly, it's a headache. After six months of service, I severed ties immediately. I utilized services at both Fleming Therapy Woodbridge and Fleming Therapy Lorton and while the Physical Therapists are nice, the billing department makes me not recommend them to anyone.

Each session's exercises were printed out and given to me so work could continue at home. Ki's attention to posture and safety when doing exercises was very much appreciated. After about 6 weeks working with Ki and out of surgery for about 4 months, I could do full plank, partial push ups. At about 6 months from surgery and working at home, I can now do 2 full plank push ups. I'm a 71.5 year old woman. I credit Ki for my rather fast recovery and for keeping me highly motivated, interested, safe from injury, and challenged. I appreciated Ki's professionalism, attentiveness, knowledge, and dry sense of humor. Terrific therapist.

We appreciate how honest the therapist was about how she didn't see any underlying concerns with her in this area and was not pushy about continuing therapy sessions. But we did discuss perhaps occupational therapy to help her with feeding for future development. So we booked a few feeding OT sessions with Nadia and my daughter was in love with her from day 1. She was kind, patient and instantly connected with our daughter in trying to pin point the best way to encourage her to open up on how she interacts with food. Would highly recommend.

My son has been attending speech therapy sessions at Fairfax Pediatric Therapy since early January…read more He is almost 9 and has always struggled with his "s," "sh," and "ch" sounds - but we waited to see if he would grow out of it (he didn't). On recommendation of our dentist, we tried some videos to help him with speech, but we were not successful on our own. After a Zoom call with Ariel and Ahmad, the speech therapist, we felt very confident and comfortable with Fairfax Pediatric Therapy. After the first session, my son made huge strides in his "sh" sounds - he was actually able to articulate it correctly, even if it was a struggle. Long story short, as of today (3 months after starting) Finn has met all of his speech goals and no longer needs the services. Both Ahmad and Finn worked hard to make this happen - and in such a short time. I didn't expect progress so fast, to be honest. Not only that - my kiddo actually looked forward to the sessions. Ahmad took the time to get to know his interests - chess and strategy games - and built the sessions around play. When we left today, for the last time, Finn said he was going to miss his friend. This place was a godsend today. I realized my 2 year old daughter likely had an ear infection…read morearound 5 pm and was out the door by 6 hoping to be seen. I went to another urgent care which had a full waiting room. I decided to leave, hoping to find another and called multiple places. By 6:30, most places to wouldn't see me. I then called My Urgent Care and the woman who answered was the first of all my calls to be an absolute delight. I came in 10 minutes before closing and no one gave me the least bit of attitude about it. I was seen promptly and the doctor was not only kind but funny and very personable. There was a prompt diagnosis of an ear infection and a prescription was sent over to my pharmacy within 5 minutes. We were able to pick it up tonight and I now don't have to let baby suffer an ear infection over the weekend! Thank you!!

I have been trying for days to get the results of my COVID test posted to my patient portal. They seem to only want to communicate via phone calls, and have thus far refused to upload my test results despite multiple patient portal messages, emails, and phone call attempts via relay service. All numbers listed on their website go directly to voicemail. I've left multiple voicemails to the COVID results hotline, which promises to upload results "within an hour" after you request them. I'm leaving this review as last resort to get someone's attention, so I'm not forced into a mandatory quarantine as a result of their shitty policies and processss. I do not recommend going here for a COVID test if you have trouble hearing or using the phone in any way, because they'll make the experience super inaccessible and frustrating for you, for absolutely no legitimate reason at all.
