I have been trying for days to get the results of my COVID test posted to my patient portal. I should have had them the same day, but this facility makes it extraordinary difficult for someone with hearing loss to get things done. They seem to only want to communicate via phone calls, and have thus far refused to upload my test results despite multiple patient portal messages, emails, and phone call attempts via relay service. All numbers listed on their website go directly to voicemail. I've left multiple voicemails to the COVID results hotline, which promises to upload results "within an hour" after you request them. I'm leaving this review as last resort to get someone's attention, so I'm not forced into a mandatory quarantine as a result of their shitty policies and processss. I do not recommend going here for a COVID test if you have trouble hearing or using the phone in any way, because they'll make the experience super inaccessible and frustrating for you, for absolutely no legitimate reason at all. read more

This place is the most unethical dishonest medical facility I've ever in-countered!! You can't travel unless your test is 72 hours prior to travel -- but they tell you it takes 2- 4 days for your results!' They don't answer the phone and they answering machine says they are open until 8:00 PM but they close at 7:00 pm!! Completely unprofessionally, they can get results in time but they are not spending the money required to pick samples up in a significant amount of time to get them back -- I told them I was traveling on Tuesday at 11:00 am -- I took the test Saturday at no results do yourself a favor go extra 5 miles for better service read more

In the past I haven't had any issues with medical access but lately you can not get anyone on the phone. I use medical assess as my primary care I have called 27 times this week and not one time have I talked to anyone. I am trying to make an appointment with my doctor this is getting crazy. read more

I am just so so sooo thankful for this place and the techs and doctors here! I wasted hours at a different urgent care, with uncaring soulless people. Never again I will always return here. This place is efficient, I felt safe, and I felt taken care of. The response during a pandemic shows how they care for their patients and safety. Visited twice for same illness. First time I was charged $90, second time $130. After calling my insurance (UnitedHealthCare) they mentioned I should not have been charged AT ALL. When visiting, after you provide your insurance card and/or insurance information the clerk reviewing should then be able to reference your Explanation of Benefits (as provided by your insurance provider). This did not happen. Twice. I became skeptical after my second visit where the person behind me (an older sick man who did not have health insurance) was only charged $90 (right after, I paid $130) This took place early November 2018. I've been calling weekly on receiving a refund but their supervisors and billing department have both been unavailable. The staff here is clearly not trained properly. Funny. Hilarious. read more

Not only did the dr say he would call me back with blood work information the same day and failed. When I called them back the next day during business hours 8:41 am there was apparently no doctor currently at the establishment. The receptionist was a total rude witch. If I can rate them a 0 I would. I had the worst experience at this urgent care. They're very unorganized and have no knowledge. I took my son because he was experiencing pain in his throat and stomach. They said he had to get tested for covid prior to seeing a doctor. The moment they swabbed him, I got a call that his results were negative although the nurse was still standing in front of me with his swab. They apologized for the incorrect information and had to wait another hour to see a doctor. When they allowed us in the place is very dirty and the doctor said that everything looked fine with my son. He suggested no medication and keep and eye on him until the end of week. I ended up taking my son to the ER to find out that he has a fever, throat was blood red, and are taking his stomach pain seriously. I'm very disappointed and will contact management. read more

I am so horrified by the procedures in place for Covid testing at this site. I have been to three other sites in the area for my family's testing and I am shocked that this place is even in business. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for testing. The employees weren't practicing social distancing, the whole place felt terribly unsafe. On top of it, it's been 2 hours and we haven't heard back from anyone about our rapid test results. And of course they don't answer their phone. This is the only place in the Woodbridge/Dumfries area where they were willing to give my son his weekly allergy shots. This prevents a day lost in school each week due to travel time to and from his regular allergy doctor for a simple injection. I am VERY thankful to have found them!!! read more

Dr. Mann is highly educated. His knowledge and insight to my ailments, every time that I have been in to see him, have been accurate and highly informative. I recommend Dr. Mann without hesitation. Best doctor I have ever had in all my 32 years. He was able to pin point what works best for me and my quality of life since then has been remarkable. read more

This place was a godsend today. I realized my 2 year old daughter likely had an ear infection around 5 pm and was out the door by 6 hoping to be seen. I went to another urgent care which had a full waiting room. I decided to leave, hoping to find another and called multiple places. By 6:30, most places to wouldn't see me. I then called My Urgent Care and the woman who answered was the first of all my calls to be an absolute delight. I came in 10 minutes before closing and no one gave me the least bit of attitude about it. I was seen promptly and the doctor was not only kind but funny and very personable. There was a prompt diagnosis of an ear infection and a prescription was sent over to my pharmacy within 5 minutes. We were able to pick it up tonight and I now don't have to let baby suffer an ear infection over the weekend! Thank you!! read more

I have been here 3 times for various ailments and I am so grateful to have found them. The staff is pleasant and the wait is less than at other care centers. I have seen two doctors from this location and found them both to be caring and knowledgable. Each visit was quick but I did not feel like my needs were brushed over. read more

I keep giving this place chance after chance and it's always a disappointment. First, one of the nurses always aks me where I work and if I wouldn't mind putting in a refferal for her son. Excuse me?! I'm here to see a doctor not get people jobs. So back in Feb/March I fell and hurt my foot pretty badly. The doctor sends me to get xrays (never mind the fact that I couldn't even walk and they didn't offer me crutches, luckily I had some at home) and she said based on the xrays that it's just a sprain and to keep it iced. Fast forward 6 months and my foot is still swelling up and hurting so I go to my normal doctor in Fredericksburg who orders an MRI. Turns out I have a fracture, a contusion, and bone fragments floating around in my foot! How could a "doctor" not read that on an xray? Never going here ever again and I suggest others don't either. read more

I visited this place on 8/29/18 after returning from a work trip overseas. I traveled to Vienna Austria and Lyon, France and came back so sick and found this place through my network of BCBS providers. I really wanted a place that was close but wasn't sure of this place bc I had no referrals. I often go to this shopping areas for cleaning service and when I'm in the mood for some Jamaican food. Every person that I came in contact with at this doctor's office was nice, professional and caring. Debra at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Sorry but I can't recall the nurse's name but she was super sweet and helpful as well. Now, I have fallen in love with Dr. Lucca and told him so. If I have any urgicare needs in the future, then, I am definitely going back to see Dr. Lucca. This doctor was so caring, smart and just so knowledgeable. He appears to be young with an old soul. He even gave me samples of cough suppressants that I needed. I was so happy to get those and he gave me a sample inhaler. It's so rare that the doctor's give out samples any more like that use to so, I was greatly that he chose to do that for me bc I was in bad shape after returning from my overseas work trip. I had been sick for over 5 days and this doctor didn't play and try to drag out my sickness even more days like some of these doctors do by giving you something that's not going to work immediately. He gave me the most high level antibiotics that would get in my system and give me some major improvements when I started taking them. I started taking them the same day he gave them to me and felt a shift in my illness. I know this is long but I wanted to share my experience and let others know in case you are hesitant and just trying to find a good place to go to. Also, Debra sprays the place down often with disinfectant to help fight off the germs from us sick folks coming in there and I truly appreciated seeing that for myself. The place was clean inside and really cared for as a place of business so, now you understand why I am giving this place 5 stars. I would give more bu there are only 5 to give. :) read more

Great place to get your DOT physical. Only cost $75 dollars and the doctor and nurses are very polite.

My brother was having foot pain from overuse. We decided to go to Urgent Care last Saturday to make sure it was minor. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and open. The wait was short. The doctor was kind, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He gave my brother wonderful advice. My brother feels better already! Great visit. read more

Do not go here, as a healthcare provider myself, the lack of organization and safety measures of this establishment merits a Health Department visit. I arrived at 0900 and waited an hour inside my car as instructed for my turn to be seen. I waited and watched about 8 people at a time congregate at the entrance of this clinic, some waiting to be tested for COVID. If they came healthy to see the doctor, they might leave sick. No one enforces the "rules" of waiting inside your car and the staff helps whoever is by the door first. When I expressed my exposure concern after having waited an hour, I was told "you're wearing a mask aren't you, you'll be ok." I lost my place in line because I didn't wait by the entrance door as instructed with 7 other possible COVID positive patients. I ended up leaving at 1030 after waiting over 25 minutes to speak to the office manager without success. This establishment is a health risk, grotesquely disorganized, and a failed clinic. My daughter went to this clinic after calling to ensure they accept our insurance. They said they do take it and when she showed up they charged her a $50 copay. Then when she went back to see the nurse she was informed that they do not take the insurance and she would have to pay out of pocket for any test or examinations. She said no and asked for her copay back, they refused saying she had been seen by the doctor. She called me and I called them to find out if they do take my insurance which they told me they do......they do not take it however for my dependents even if they are on the policy.......My insurance company said they do not know what they are talking about and are confused. Be very informed before you use these people and make sure they understand what you are asking for before you pay or see the doctor....I would just stay away. read more
