Totten tire is amazing!! Last Friday we had a young driver on his way to Ann Arbor who's low tire pressure light turned on. It was 5:00 and Totten was closing up. We were visiting from out of town and just got off of the highway with a tire problem. They were very busy, but someone was able to get outside fairly quickly to assess the damage. The tire needed to be replaced, but they didn't have our size. However they were able to order it and have it there first thing in the morning. They were also able to advise on whether or not it was safe to keep driving for now (it was). The next morning they were able to get us in and out in no time even tho again they seemed very busy. I had a tire problem on a rental and was too far away to drive safely to the rental agency. Totten assessed the tire quickly to let me know it needed to be replaced (not a surprise to me). They were ready to answer my questions when I was on the phone with the car rental agency, and once I had approval to get reimbursed for the tire, they got it done quickly. I really appreciated that they understood I just needed a tire at a low price and gave me a dollar amount without any qualifications. It all ended well and I was so happy not to have to worry about a blowout on my way back to the airport. We received excellent customer service from Don Compton at the Birch Run store. We were driving 75 South in blowing snow and icy conditions and our tire warning light came on. Turns out that all 4 tires were low from the cold weather so they filled them up and didn't charge us a penny, even after we insisted. That kind of service is rare and impressive! read more

This place is way over priced and nobody is ever on the same page. I'd go elsewhere unless you want to pay Cadillac prices for everything.

Had a horrible clacking sound under the front end on a trip from the Upper Peninsula. Checked into the hotel and looked for nearby auto repair and lucked onto this place. They were a life-saver!
