Save your money!!!!…read more Upon my first visit to drop off my clothes needing alterations (4 hems, 1 button fix), the gentleman behind the counter just rudely answered his phone without excusing himself from our conversation. Then, after all the pinning was done, I was forced to wait for 4 others customers that had arrived after me to finish their business. I was in the store for a total of 40 mins. I was told my clothing would be ready before my trip. Upon arrival to pick up my clothes, there was a sign on the door that indicated the business would be closed from October 18th to October 31st. No phone call, no warning, no clothes for my vacation. I called the business number just to have it go to voicemail. I had left a message about the status of my clothes and no phone call was returned. Upon picking up my clothing, there was no apology, no nothing after I indicated what had happened. It then took them 10 mins to actually find my clothing. Further to this, the pants that needed the button fixed weren't even fixed even though I was charged for it. I must say, after all of this poor, shoddy customer service, there was no way in hell I was going back to have my pants fixed. I'm usually a pretty easy customer to deal with, but this experience was awful from start to finish. The gentleman that works there needs a real good lesson in customer service.

Looks like a family business and the front area is small so with covid restrictions it's only 1 customer at a time. Was greeted by a friendly gent upon entering and they have a small change area for you to use right behind the counter if required. He asked me if I wanted the hem length to break (slightly longer with a small crease in the pants) or just straight to the heel (for a cleaner/polished look). I really appreciate this level of detail and have never been asked this in over 25 yrs of getting pants hemmed. My questions about taking in an OTR suit were also well answered. I will definitely come here for all my future tailoring needs.

I left it for another week, when I picked up my items they were comet distorted with stain marks and food still stuck to my shirt. I asked the downer what happened he said he personally went to the place where they dey cleaned and watched as they distorted my shirt. I asked how can this happen, and being a long time customer I expected a resolution, instead the owner told me "I should be more careful when u wear my clothes and they only dry clean, not miracles"! this is the second time I have brought my item to this place. the first they did not clean it after a week and I had to rerurn to pick it up when I pointed this out to them on the spot. that time they did not destroy it. Aboud this place by All cost, you will be scammed to think you items have been cleaned and if it is cleaned it will be destroys and the owner will blame you for bringing in your items to be cleaned. this is Not a professional establishment and they have no recourse for their scams towards customers!! I advise to find real, educated about their service cleaners, this place is not that!!
