Even though she was 40 minutes from my home and the others were much closer, I appreciated her quick response and decided to take the garment to Lorena. She was busy but still got to my garment within a few days. And she found that the issue was not the zipper itself but how it was sewn in. Lorena was able to repair the issue rather than replacing the entire zipper. I really appreciated her honesty and integrity, as she could have easily replaced it as I asked and charged me accordingly. I doubt other vendors would have taken the time to examine the problem and provide an alternate solution. I recommend Lorena and will definitely go to her for any future alterations or repairs.

Was greeted by a friendly gent upon entering and they have a small change area for you to use right behind the counter if required. He asked me if I wanted the hem length to break (slightly longer with a small crease in the pants) or just straight to the heel (for a cleaner/polished look). I really appreciate this level of detail and have never been asked this in over 25 yrs of getting pants hemmed. My questions about taking in an OTR suit were also well answered.
